Forcing an Old Game on PC to Full Screen

Been trying to play this mobile game series called Arvale for a while and, however it has a couple PC releases, no matter what I try I can't get it to full screen, or even just run a little bit bigger. Being originally a mobile game, the resolution is something like 240x320px/320x480p and at the moment they only show as these tiny playing windows.

If there any software anyone recommends? I've already tried just basic property tweaking with NVIDIA control panel. As well as WinExp, DXWnd, and Borderless Gaming but this thing is stubborn. Any help is appreciated!

Both Arvale games I'm attempting to expand the window on (Journey of Illusions and Ocean of Time) can be found here:

Fixing the Music of an Old Mobile CAB File Game

So for over a month now I've been looking to try and configure this old mobile game series called Arvale in a way that it'd be playable on a Windows 10 PC. I've been mostly successful as I've found an emulator that and read and boot the old CAB files and make them playable, but there's still glitches.

In both games the sound warbles and skips, despite PC and demo versions having the music work fine. (As a note, I don't want to use the PC version as the screen of the game is absolutely tiny, has no way to make bigger, and is is older version with game breaking glitches). I do have software that can both decompile and reassemble these CAB files in a functional way, but I'm unsure what to look for, fix, or if its even possible

I have a link here for the CAB and PC versions of both Arvale: Journey of Illusions, and Arvale: Ocean of Time here if anyone is able to take a look. Any help is appreciated

Some Relevant Information

-PC Journey of Illusions is version 1.0, PC Ocean of Time is 1.3. Both CABs are versions 5.0

-The data zip file is not the issue. Ive managed to sift through the earlier working versions and replace everything. Including the music, which was identical. Making me believe its the application itself.

-The games were made in C++ with Palm OS and the Razor! Game Engine addition I believe

Difficulties in Emulating a Game for the Pocket PC in Microsofts Device Emulator

So for the past couple weeks I've been attempting to boot up and properly run "Arvale: Short Tales" for windows mobile and the pocket pc on my own pc with...mixed luck. I've managed to track down boot up Microsofts Device Emulator (versions 1 through 3) with emulator sessions and it's able to boot up and play the game. Mostly.

The game loads and plays fine, except it won't load the starting items or the base player animation (while still loading the victory and knocked out animations in battle which are on the same BMP/SPR file). Thankfully I do have comparisons of how a character's items should start out and what it's loading instead. As well as what I believe is the script that should control it. I'm just not sure if this is a common issue in emulation and if changing the file can fix it. And if it can, what should I alter.

Any help is appreciated!

Can I rebuild a game if I have all the data?

I'm at my wit's end attempting to run this old rpg for mobile devices from the 2007-2009 era. Made for the now defunct pocket pc it runs on a version of windows mobile. I've managed to find a number of emulators from Microsofts offical emulator that can run it...but not quite right. Items are missing, animations don't work, some UI displays differently then from that of an actual pocket pc, and I'm sure other issues.

The game being originally compiled as a CAB file, or a Microsoft Cabinet File, was an absolute menace to decompile. But, finding some old software but I was able to pull everything out properly. Data, application, settings, everything.

So now is the question, in having every script, sprite, tile, NPC, ITM, MON and TRG file could I in theory just rebuild this game in a configuration that works? Or even just opens in PC? From what I understand this game was made in something like RPG Maker 2003 and I have files and images I can share if anyone would like or need for any help.

Any insight is appreciated!
