How did you give quit notice? How did they react?

Helpppp. I want to leave current NF, they’re great but I’m feeling very burnt out, anxious about the summer, and like this is just not my career path any more.
The problem is 1 I don’t think they’re expecting this at all, which makes me feel terrible. AND, I worry about the kids for some reason. I don’t think they’re THAT attached to me in reality, 2B and 7G, but I feel like they will miss me/ be confused. Idk.
Looking for advice on how you gave a good family notice that you were leaving. And how you helped yourself not feel awful about it hahaha.

TMI Did anyone else struggle with this in the first week?

I’m on day 6 of 75 Hard with 2 of my roommates! I’m struggling really bad with using the bathroom. I’m experiencing near diarrhea multiple times a day and my stomach is cramping. I don’t know if this is all caused by my period, drinking more water, or moving more. I know it’s likely all 3, but it feels severe idk. and how long does it last???? Almost a week in I’m ready to be feeling better.

Gabapentin misuse

Hi. I think my mom may be abusing her Gabapentin medication and I wonder what would be the side effects if someone was addicted or relying on Gabapentin to get legally high? Or numb. Whatever. I’m asking because my mom sleeps an insane amount of hours every single day. Like probably close to 20 hours. Is this from abusing Gabapentin? Or something else?
I know every person is different but just wondering if anyone else has confirmed that their person was indeed misusing their Gabapentin prescription and that is how they were also…? If that makes sense? TIA.

Hi everyone! scrolling through this sub and reading about things I never even heard of- I need basic basic help..I have a MACU cash back visa platinum card that I’ve maxed out at 3000. 15.9 APR. It’s been a goal of mine for what feels like ever to get this paid down, at least below the 30%. I’m really good at not using it for purchases, but even still it seems like the interest is eating me alive. I can’t get myself out of this hole. My first and only thought was to get another cc with 0 APR and pay it off that way ASAP. Obviously within the card limits. Is there other or better options to tackle this??? AND if this is the best way, how should I go about choosing a bank/credit card to go with? TIA
