Long story short, I rent a room off an old man. He’s told me any door opening/closing wakes him up at night, so I started to pee in a glass.
Anyway, I’ve gone out now and forgot to empty said glass so it’s sat on my bedside cabinet full of piss.
The bloke I live with doesn’t understand boundaries so he goes in my room. I know he’s gonna be pissed off with me for pissing in a glass. I’m not sure what I’m asking, maybe how do I explain the glass of piss?
My chemist screws up my medication every month, so I’m usually going through withdrawals at some point. I take quetiapine and sertraline, both in high doses. Currently on day 4 without meds and getting the cloudy head, nauseau, shooting pains etc.
Does anyone know anything that helps, aside from obviously taking the medication. It’s really messing with me mentally, I’m sure the chemist just doesn’t like giving me it because it’s expensive medication. It took me ages to even get it prescribed through nhs because I was diagnosed privately.
Anyway, what do you guys do during withdrawals? Smoking weed seems to help the side effects, currently sat in the pub drinking a pint hoping this works.
And yeah I know neither of those things are good for bpd, but y’know, addictive personality and all that.
Anyway, this disorder is so fking difficult. I feel so unbalanced rn.
