Looking for a 2BHK in HSR Sector 1 or 3

Hi guys, me and my friend were looking for a 2 BHK near HSR Sector 1 and 3.

Preferably somewhere near the HSR Club, the areas near Amintri and blue tokai! 27th main road also will do.

  1. We need a spacious house because I work from home sometimes and need my space!

  2. A balcony! ( A mandate because our current house has 0 ventilation and is one of the reasons why we’re moving out)

  3. And in a nice safe locality!

These are our only deal breakers.

She’s a doctor and I’m a corporate lawyer and CS!

If anyone has any leads please please please DM!

Help us out before we lose our minds 🥲🙏🏻

What second income stream can I pick as a lawyer?

Hello people of Reddit , i need advice.

I’ve been a lawyer for 3 years now working a boring in-house job making very minimal money.

I need a second source of income, i picked law so i could make money fast and make sure my mom retires ( she’s a single mom and raised me all by herself)

And now she’s almost 60 and she’s still working because I’m income is not enough :(

But now I’m stuck in an endless loop of a boring in-house job but it offers me job security and even though the income is minimal at least it’s consistent because it’s not something I’d seen growing up.

I send money back to my mother but it’s not enough because then I can’t sustain living alone.

I’m confused as to what I can do to make more money.

Do I do a masters in Law? An MBA? idk or do a course online?

Has anyone of you done an alternate degree after law?

Do I move out of HSR Layout or no? Conflicted!

Hi guys, so I’ve been living near Sector 3 close to the Mac’D street since May last year.

My apartment is very nice, pretty spacious, non problematic, neighbours are very sweet and keep bringing me food all the time and it’s very close to the main road.

I pay 19k rent for a 1 BHK. And my rental agreement is about to expire.

The only issues I have rn is my apartment has ZERO sunlight. There’s buildings on all 4 sides, every window i look out of is another person’s bedroom. And no power back up and there’s been crazy power cuts in HSR the past few months but I can get a small UPS for my Wi-Fi.

But idts I’ll find another place in HSR sector 3 for 19k or below and i can’t afford to pay more than that because my workplace is near Indiranagar and I travel 5 days a week.

The reason i stay in HSR is because it’s very close to my sister’s house and I’ve barely made any friends in HSR so i keep crashing at hers when I’m lonely.

My owner will increase 800 this year if i renew it for another year.

Please advise if i should look for a new apartment or stick to the current one?

Posting this on behalf of a friend,

She’s 24(F) looking to move into a 2BHK apartment maybe in and around diamond layout, Domlur , Indiranagar and HAL. If you have any leads please dm.

She would prefer if the roommate was from Karnataka, or coastal Karnataka as she’s comfortable only in Kannada.
