has anyone found any comprehensive timelines or order of events? i’ve been heavily thinking of making one for my own comprehension of the story. nothing has quite infected my mind like area x and i cant help but wanting to understand every bit of it!!

hello, i am seeking some advice and perspective.

i am 23 now, and i believe when i was somewhere between 15-17, i was at my grandmothers. she lives on a lake and it is a very important place to me, as is water in general. i decided to do a guided meditation on youtube(wish i could remember the video!!), and during this meditation, i began to feel my consciousness shift to the right outside of my form although it scared me so i ended the session. does anyone have any advice on some trusted sources for more information about this, or personal advice about their own experiences ? i want to try again now that i've remembered it, but i'm not sure to what goal i'd even be chasing other than that i want to try again intentionally since the first time was completely on accident. anything appreciated !
