Plot is intresting even though most of the story is predictable. It has its moments and a very intresting conflict point but it gets diluted in first four episodes as it was repeated. After that it gets engaging with flashback and story progression. Ended well.

You may regret your decision when you see the level of respect and recognition doctors receive; even an intern doctor is often given more importance than a senior nurse. Another concern is that nurses are frequently scolded, not only by doctors but sometimes even by paramedical staff and others in the workplace.

2. Nursing is becoming highly saturated in Kashmir. A large number of students are already pursuing or have completed nursing.

3. For male nurses, private-sector opportunities can be limited, and starting salaries are often around ₹15k–20k per month.

4)Most students aim for government jobs, but vacancies are limited and competition is very high.

5. NORCET is one of the major exams, but the number of seats is relatively low compared to the number of applicants. As there is 80:20 ratiio

6. If you get a private college, you may have to pay high fees along with clinical and other charges.

7)If your goal is good earnings through nursing, opportunities abroad are generally much better than in Kashmir.

8)Allied Health Sciences/Paramedical courses are also facing similar issues regarding competition and job opportunities
