Childhood Binders (Kobe)

Can’t believe how long these have survived. Just got them back from my parents.

FFW POD IS BACK!!!

For anyone that had their heart ripped out when FFW abruptly ended last year, Charch, Scott, Mat and Brian are freaking back with Fantasy Football World!!! It’s been so great to hear them again.

Hope this makes someone’s day!

Parents are insane and we are no contact

For several years my mother has been in a crazy spiral. Every 6 months or so she just has week long episodes of pure rage. She texts and calls at all hours, says unforgivable things to the point I have to block her until she comes out of it. This go around was very different and long story short, she made my dad choose between her and I, he chose her.

I’m pretty sure she has early onset dementia, or undiagnosed bipolar disorder. Honestly I’m a bit relieved to not have to deal with this anymore - but it is heartbreaking.

This weekend was our sons’ first birthday and he didn’t have his grandparents around. We were able to give him a loving birthday with the other grandparents, uncle and friends but it has all left me feeling a bit numb.

Light dinner of toasted cheese it’s and cherries.

Childhood prized cards

Parents are moving and I found a bunch of my old cards. I remember this like it was yesterday, so happy to see them again. All pulled from individual packs as a kid. The Shaq was a redemption that took months to get lol.

Plateau and Frustration

Hi everyone, hope yall are having a good week.

I’m posting here partially to vent but also seek advice from the community.

In the past 6 months I’ve made some major life changes. I’ve always been big into exercise but in my early 30s my diet and drinking habits had me tack on lbs. now in my late 30s I’ve given up alcohol, really focused on diet and kept up my workout routine (lift 4x a week and cardio 5-7 days a week).

The good news is I went from 240lbs+ to 211lbs over this time. I look better naked, the muscle growth has been awesome, clothes are fitting better, wearing stuff I haven’t in years, blood pressure is great, rhr is 48-52 bpm.

The bad is for the past month I seem to have hit a wall. I’m between 215-218 and no matter what I’ve done, I’m stuck. There was a 10 day stretch I worked out every day, and limited my calories to 1600 and didn’t gain or lose an ounce. Completely flat.

6 months in I’m just a bit burnt out. I want to hit 195 and just curious if anyone has some advice they can share from their own journey that I could incorporate here.

One of the best things I have ever tasted, full stop. Not that anyone is, but don’t sleep on Cute Robot.

Hi all! Kind of a random post but between my wife and I we have almost 2,000 hours across PS4/5. I recently bought my first gaming laptop and of course wanted to give the best game in the world a run.

It runs so great! I am working on getting Visual Redemption setup along with other visual enhancements. I’m curious if the community has any favorite mods to recommend as I get my first PC playthrough moving!
