Wanna upgrade from my ipod earbuds to the latest version of apple’s “EarPods” will i notice an upgrade?

I love these earbuds, but when i crank the volume to something i can hear, almost everyone around me hears it as well. Will the new ones fix this issue? Also i need it to be wired for my ipod.

Ds game on 3ds crashes at a certaian point

im having an issue with a ds game on my 3ds, im at a point where im tryna do something in game and i get a crash error, is my rom corrupted and how would i fix it. If i re install do i lose my game progress? I tried the action twice and it immediately shows this screen. Basically cant finish the game if i cant fix this what a pain and i dont wanna lose my save.
