First photo is mid april, second photo is June 4th. Back is starting to be almost completely filled in, and even though you cant see it half of my hairline is coming back as well. Sides are almost filled in too. I literally lost almost all my hair everywhere, it started dec of 2025 and the shedding stopped around early may. Does this seem like fast regrowth, or pretty much run of the mill regrowth? Ive been going through this for 4+ years but recently derms told me I had TE and not MPB. So this is the first time im actually regrowing my hair naturally, im happy about the regrowth especially years down the line but wish it was faster. I'll probably get a haircut in a month or two. My current regiment is switching from OMAD to 2-3 meals a day, and just taking a multivitamin and doubling on zinc, folic acid, iron, and omega.
