Got a refund today and its got strings attached...
I paid off a car after a collision and the bank owed me a refund. Instead of a check that I can cash into my personal bank they sent me a card that needs to be activated in order to "use" the money. Pulling money off the card is "not allowed" and it will have service fees if I dont remember to cancel the card....
