The XM25 Counter Defilade Target Engagement System, or a weapon system like it, seems like the perfect weapon for infantry to take out drones in the modern drone-dominated age of war.

I was watching footage of how helpless infantry were against small maneuverable FPV drones, since their rifles can’t hit something like that easily, and shotguns have poor range, so I thought, “imagine if we could just take a 40 mm grenade launcher and stuff a proximity fuze into it so infantry would have a portable weapon that can easily hit drones.”

Then I realized that such a weapon exists, the XM25 Punisher fires 25 mm grenades that can be preprogrammed before firing to detonate in the air, which is the perfect infantry weapon against drones, it’s man portable, the 25 mm grenades can pack a decent amount of explosives to damage drones, and the grenade can stay intact the entire flight and only detonate when close to the target giving it more range than birdshot fired from a shotgun which spreads out until it’s useless, and unlike a bullet the grenades don’t need a direct hit to do damage against what is an extremely fragile target.

I commissioned PuppyRelp to make my OC, and this was what was completed so far, but they stopped both working on it and posting in general recently; it was like one to two months ago. Presumably, this was because of the drama around them, which means they also stopped working on my stuff, so does anyone know any good artists who can work on my OC? I don’t think I’ll be getting my original money back anytime soon, though.

Bit of a spur of the moment rant and also a small request near the end, but it feels like the universe is conspiring against me to prevent me from going to this year’s BFDI & II tour.

Of the three days I could go to my nearest location, the first day I couldn’t go since I just so happen to have my wisdom teeth removal scheduled the day before, as you know from one of my previous posts a few days ago, so I was out of action that day and the day after to recover from that, the second day which is today, I expected to be able to go and even bought a ticket near the front, but then due to a family emergency literally an hour before I was going to leave, I couldn’t go either, and it was also $75 down the drain since I don’t think these tours are refundable (correct me if I’m wrong), so the only option would be to go on the third and final day, and I checked that three seats were still available, but guess what? Right as I got home, all the seats for both time slots were fully booked.

I just feel terrible (I basically feel like two rn, just lying in bed and only feeling regret, powerlessness against whatever caused this week of misfortune, and maybe even self loathing, I don’t blame anyone else for this, not JnJ, Animation Epic, NYU, nor my family, but I just keep thinking that if I had instead bought tickets for July 12 even just yesterday when they were still available instead of July 11, I could have still went, even though I know damn well that I literally could not have predicted or forseen what happened), since I finally decided to actually start trying to go to conventions, as I’ve always wanted to since my teen years but couldn’t due to not having the time or money, and this tour was my first experience of such events, but with how much of a bad impression and poor taste it gave me, I might not even go next year or even any convention, since just one unlucky or unforeseen circumstance could mean not being able to go, and god forbid I actually bought the VIP tickets like a month ago, which was my original plan, that would just mean I might have wasted even more money.

The only thing I ask of the people who are still going to the tour tomorrow or to the other locations, is asking this question for me that I’ve always wanted to ask Michael and Cary, and would have if I could have gone to the tour and do the QnA, that being, “How did the original twenty contestants of BFDI season 1 meet each other and formed their pseudo friend group?” Since unlike most other competition shows and the future seasons of BFDI with new contestants and in BFDIE where everyone started off as strangers, the contestants of the first season already knew each other and are familiar with each of their individual personalities and tendencies, so obvious question is, how did they meet then?

As you guys know BFDIA is finished and IDFB is going to be released, and some people have been debating on what system the season is going to use in regards to releasing characters from the LOL, whether it be single releases every episode, double or even triple releases, or a single event that would release like 20 characters, mainly this is in regards to how many episodes IDFB would have and how long it would be in production for, and whether the time of release would be the canon timeline date.

Me personally I think the original plan by JnJ, would have been single character releases, as most characters in the LOL were newly introduced, they were essentially what the TPOT failed debuters were back in 2016, so each character when released would get an episode all to themselves to showcase their personality and character, and without having to consider the release date of BFB 1 if that’s a factor.

But now I think how IDFB would play out in 2026 is that it would start off with a single character being released per episode, with fan favorites being released first and getting their first interactions with the existing cast and setting up dynamics for BFB and TPOT, but as the remaining characters left in the LOL consist of less popular characters and generally boring ones too, then it would move to double or triple releases, to essentially “clear out” the LOL of bottom feeders and finish the season already, most people are not going to be too pleased about having to wait another year for IDFB to reach its awaited conclusion because Naily, Cloudy, Eight Ball, Clock, and Pie (not that I think they would be the remaining characters) need to each be released one at a time, the general sentiment would be “get them out and finish IDFB already.”

Especially since the main problem with the original premise of IDFB is that we already know what these characters are like, and fan bases are already established, so instead of what I’m guessing was the original premise, being picking a character that looked interesting or had a brief moment that was interesting, so that the viewers could see what the character was really like and get to know them better, most people already have characters they liked and those they don’t like, so once their favorites are freed which is their first priority, the remaining ones, which are often the most hated ones, can just be cleared out without a care, seems a bit cynical, but with the drama around TPOT 23, I wouldn’t think that it’s too unreasonable.

When the BMPT was first released the problem I had with it was the armor, it was basically had a T-72B3 hull with an unkillable turret at 10.3 which I thought was insane, the first game I played when I got it, when it was already moved to 10.7, I basically sat on a cap and no one could kill me, not to the hull or the turret, and any ammo that was hit did no damage and I could replenish it on the cap circle, sure I only got two kills even though 90% of the enemy team was rushing me, but by being invincible I prevented them from capping B and they were too distracted to go for A or C.

Then I went to grind 9.3 and in the meantime Gaijin kept moving the BMPT, and when they recently moved it to 11.7 the same BR as the T-72B3, I thought that it’s finally balanced since the armor which I thought was the problem is no longer an issue, but people still kept saying it was overpowered so I decided to go back and play it some more.

First game I coincidentally got the same map as the first game I played with the BMPT when I first unlocked it, when I tried driving to B again a M1A2 was there and penetrated the mid plate which killed my entire crew, second spawn I went back to B to try my invincibility spot again, but a Leopard 2A5 showed up, I shot an Ataka missile first but the Leopard shot back, his sabot hits me first and penetrates the turret, which hits the ammo and instantly kills me, I decided to just give up and spawn the T-72B3 and got like 5 kills before the game ends since I spent the entire time doing nothing but driving and dying.

Playing some more games basically just led to the same conclusion, the protection is far from what it used to be and it is actually counterable and balanced, so what is the problem now? Now I basically just play it like an IFV but I never liked IFVs anyways, I only first spawn them to get early game scouting but the BMPT can’t even do that since it’s classed as an ATGM carrier, so what’s so broken about it?

These are the only two scenes that I remember it being used, hopefully it’s used more in IDFB.

Since Cake appears to be a slice of a larger cake, while his dad is a full cake, and his mom is a cake slicer, it can only logically mean that Cake was a part of his dad that his mom removed, meaning Cake’s dad was technically pregnant before, then gave birth to him once that part was removed and gained sentience, would that also make the act of cutting a slice equivalent of mating or intercourse to them?

I need answers to this very important lore question Jacknjellify.

This is something I noticed while watching BFDI and it’s not really a major flaw or something that makes BFDI unwatchable that JnJ didn’t have complex world building, more so it seemed like a funny thought to me.

But like do the objects have no lives outside of competitions?

It seems like every character’s only goal in life is to win whatever competition is currently going on (even if it’s three years just for a pile of dirt), apart from some characters like Gelatin, Flower, Yellow Face, and Robot Flower, everyone seems like they’re unemployed, and apart from characters like Spongy, Pin, Golf Ball, Firey, Flower, Leafy, and Bubble everyone else seems like they’re also homeless.

Like the contestants only do the challenge for the episode, then do nothing and sleep on the grass, until the time for the next challenge.

Background and recommended characters seem to be the only ones with actual lives, except for TPOT 10 where in Pen’s dream we see Team Are You Okay doing odd jobs, but imagine a contestant going, “We did well in that challenge team, would love to sit here and chat but I gotta go to work, my shift starts in an hour and I have to pay rent every month, see ya guys in the next challenge.”

The camo has the Relikt in panels, as on the T-72B3A, while the regular T-72B3 has it in bags, and both have slat armor, which the B3A doesn't have.
