I’m an indie developer working on BECROWNED, a retro-inspired survival horror game that blends dark fantasy, industrial horror, and psychological horror.

The game focuses on atmosphere, exploration, limited resources, combat, branching paths, NPC fates, and choices that can affect how the story unfolds.

A free demo is available on Steam, and I recently released a major demo update with improved movement, combat, overall gameplay feel, difficulty selection, D-pad support, and other QoL improvements.

I’d really love to hear your feedback, especially on the atmosphere, movement, combat feel, difficulty, pacing, and anything that feels confusing or frustrating.
