My lamb loin chop

I regret not taking a photo of it before I sliced it, but ya live ya learn.
It was also delicious.

Proud of how it’s coming along.

I set this ten gallon up about 2 months ago to upgrade my frogs habitat because he’s gotten a lot bigger and the plants are growing in nicely, it’s occupied by a tomato frog named Frodo, he’s about 2.5 years old now!

Taxidermy classes/school in Oregon?

Does anyone know if there are taxidermy classes/schools in our area? I’m looking to get into the hobby, there are some videos online but a hands on experience would be preferred, I have butchering experience but I’d like to learn more about the artistic aspects of it from a professional.

Cheeseburger salad, under 400 cal.

Lean ground beef, romaine lettuce, onion, tomato, sf ketchup, mustard, and some low fat cheese on top.

How do you guys feel about a cheeseburger salad?

It’s Romaine lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, ground beef, melted cheddar cheese, ketchup, mustard.
I think it’s great, but I can see how someone would think it’s gross.

Hats off to my boss for the beautiful display.

I love watching people’s reactions when they see it in the case for the first time, so many kids were amazed today.
