Iron Lung fanzine!

Nervous to post even though I double checked with a mod lol but here we go…

I have been hosting an iron lung fanzine over the last few months, and we have officially finished our art period and we are now in the formatting stage! In early September bundled and pricing will be discussed and finalized with our investor/financial mod before it will be placed up for preorder!

It will be a physical hardcover zine available for purchase, fourteen different merchandise items, and a digital music album! Obviously along with a digital version of the zine! We have over 40 lovely contributors who have made amazing pieces, and myself and our mods are hard at work on final details!

Right now, we are posting creator spotlights everyday while we work on formatting, and soon our covers will be revealed along with our merch items!

Our finance head, Bluewolfangel, will be the one listing the zine for preorder on their website, and in order for the zine to get funded, we’d need to hit a minimum amount of orders (the number of which will be stated in her site once we get to that stage!).

So, in short, if you’d like a ton of cool physical— or digital— iron lung fan merch, you can follow us along on our Twitter (@theironlungzine) and soon, also promoted on Blue’s Twitter (@BlueWolfAngel28)! We hope we can finance it and make a ton of iron lung fans happy :) our goal at the moment is to try and get everyday ready within September, at the latest October!

Itchy patch of skin of wrist for over 2 weeks now, what is it?

I’ve had this for about 2 1/2 to 3 weeks now? I had just moved into a new place and got a tiny of mosquito bites all over me from the backyard, so I had assumed this was also a bite considering I was itching everywhere (I don’t recall if it WAS a bite originally or if it just so happened to pop up around the same time). Generally bug bites like that will leave a mark for a few days to a few weeks on me depending on the area but this has no raised middle, and it’s still itchy.

Like, not unbearably itchy or anything, it’ll itch several times throughout the day, itching around it does help, and pressing it against a cold surface also stops it from itching. It’s a tiny bit raised, but not hot to the touch, it doesn’t hurt at all, has stayed the same size, not spread, or anything of the sort (I make sure to pay attention since I have a lot of moles I keep track of).

It’s dry, but also is easily managed with some Lubriderm. My mom thought it was ringworm at first, but it doesn’t look to have any ring and hasn’t spread. I don’t wear any watches or bracelets on this arm, and can’t really think of anything that could’ve caused this otherwise. Trying to see what it may be and what things I can use to help it go away.

Small circular rash on inner wrist, what is it and what to do about it?
