this is not a pity post or asking for friends or anything.
i just need to get it out, i have no friends. im a sixteen year old girl, i have a boyfriend and one best friend i barely see or talk to. im so lonely and i feel like my life is a waste. i do absolutely nothing all day long

not me but my boyfriend. about a month ago we were walking through a local park on the way back to his house. it was sometime around 2-4am.

we were sitting on the swing set, just talking and hanging out. he kept looking over his shoulder, where there was a small stream separating the park from the fire station. he stayed calm but ushered us to leave. i walked near where he was looking, to go to the bridge across the stream to leave the park. he didn’t let me and quickly led me a different way.

the way home he told me he had saw an all white figure crouching and staring at him in the forest, just at the creeks bank. we got home and were spooked. he said he could not stop staring, it made him want to die. i accidentally walked past it without knowing.

he told me the creature avoided the light, was purposely hiding but somehow taunting him.

i don’t want to share too much about the situation, but i will do my best to just share what i can. i just want to tell anybody about what’s been going on in my life, because i haven’t told anyone.

Winter of 2025 my mom lost our apartment, resulting in our family moving into a motel 6. Originally, it was a family of five crammed in one room. My mom, her husband, my brother, my dog, and I. Nobody had money or even a job. All we had was a car, so my mom would doordash for money all day long.
It was probably the worst time of my life. I’m only a teenager, so the situation was out of my control. The main reasons this all happened was because of my mom. She was too depressed too keep any job, my dad kept trying to get her arrested, the place was filthy, and there was no privacy for anyone. I went to school and told nobody, I was so embarrassed and I never asked for any help. We starved and went without basic hygiene when there was no money. The dog became skinny and stressed, causing him to destroy what little we had out of frustration. It was awful for everyone.
After being told that we would move eventually, we are still here almost two years later. However, things are better. Only me and my brother share the motel room now. We clean, take care of each other and the dog. I have a boyfriend who makes sure everything is okay with us. My mom and her husband live out of the car, they both still won’t get jobs. They spend literally every second doordashing instead.
The car is breaking down, we currently have no money at all. Both are reoccurring issues, but we still manage.
