Dual-rostering

If you’re in a a home team and another team, how does that work? I’ve been skating for about 3 years and want to submit to be apart of a global team but I’m not sure how it works (Fuego Latino if it’s important!)
Any pros and cons would be appreciated too!

I was so excited when I saw this at the thrift shop!

But it’s missing pieces 😭 at least I have the cool tin though, not bad for a buck!

How do I know when I’m done?

Im just trying to make a little cast for a friend who broke their leg. Its my first felting project because I thought it’d be a cute keychain. How do I know when to stop poking it? Any tips on getting something like a signature on it? Can I felt that on too in color? Thanks in advance. Everyone’s projects here look so amazing :)

What should I do with this Harry Potter sized desk space?

This is such a weird nook in the dining room. Any thoughts?

Advice on how to mend my shoe collar?i

Tale as old as time, the dog nibbled my shoes. It’s just the back bit and there’s only foam it feels like. Reckon I can just hand stitch the back? I feel like it’s just a cosmetic fix but I figured I would check here just in case someone had any nuggets of advice :)

Weber b, no surgery timeline share?

Anyone want to share timelines? I’m hoping that I’ll be out of this moon boot at my next appointment (next Friday!!) but I want to see if that’s realistic or not.

Fracture date: 13 May
Cast: 2 weeks
Moon boot: 4 weeks? (Hopefully)
Shoes:6week+

I have family coming to visit right after my next fracture appointment and I’m really hoping they’ll say I’m all healed and cleared to start walking. Everyone will be hiking and running around and my PT said I should be able to do the family friendly hikes and I’m really hoping that I’ll be able to too.

My fracture doctor was like, I wouldn’t be surprised if you were walking or just on one crutch at this upcoming appointment… I’ve been trying to do one crutch but I’m really scared of pushing too hard and doing damage so the progress hasn’t been great (so if you have one crutch walking tips, keen!)

Happy healing!❤️‍🩹
