An individual who had been treated terribly by a truly horrible human being asked me recently how they could get revenge, specifically using ones official Mobile Number and Email addresses.

Apparently, there are numerous ways to enact revenge and retaliate in this way — I thought I would ask the SILT Fam what they think might be the most obnoxious and egregious?

Such as, which marketers are known to be impossible to remove data from their lists after its added?

This entire fiasco is messy AF. Try to follow me here fam, this story leaves us with more questions than answers.

Observations:
LECU Bulldog Neutralizer has allegedly turned Devil Worshipper — Candace Matthews (Houston, TX), incessantly refers to herself as "Dr. Candace Matthews, Nationally "Reknowned" Civil Rights Activist, Advocate, and Author". She also asserts being the "National Minister of Politics" of the "New Black Panther Party".

Ofc, this ain't our grandfathers BPP — While Miss Candace loves her guns and cigars, what she really loves is taking sole credit and recognition for ANY and Erythang. Yet being the loudest person in the room doesn't mean the most effective.

It is said that Matthews consistently refers to herself as "Doctor" based on the honorary Ph.D from LECBU, despite "honorary" degrees NEVER being used in such a fashion. Interesting how she pluralizes Doctorate(s) and refers to "And all this here kinda stuff" lol.

Fairly recently, this fine "accredited" educational institution dropped the "bible" wording from its name, now referring to itself as "Leaders Esteem Christian University" (LECU). What they should've removed is that awkward "Esteem" shit.😆

In essence, Miss Candace says she is being unjustly "weaponized", extorted for thousands, and is now being shook down for $20K.. She says the rescindment of her Honorary Doctorate ain't no thang — " Cuz I awlreddy got 2 other ones, and sebral moe that I done awlreddy had — " And what does that matter?"

That's a good question. It apparently matters in a big way, seeing as you insist others call you "DR" AND previously attested and reported to the State of Texas (and her Fellow Texans) that she earned both Bachelors and Masters degrees from Temple University (Philly) and a Doctorate in Education from USC (LA). Consequently, perpetual word on the street is these have NEVER been verified — The few documents that have existed years ago are said to be totally fraudulent.

Who has to pay a witness to testify to anything anyway? Certainly not if it's legit. None of this Adds Up. The saga continues....You be the judge. Truth & Facts Matter.

On a persosnal note:
I've always had great respect for fellow civil rights activists and those who have given so much to be a voice for those who otherwise don't have one — But this ain't the "Good Trouble" the late John Lewis was talkin about...Sure can't imagine Dr. King being happy about this shit either.

Beyond the hype and incessant human interaction in the city, I often find myself looking at random residential buildings and thinking about those behind the little windows who are too depressed, lonely, grieving and just too anxious to engage in the human element on the ground.

I wonder how many never leave their sanctuary. Perhaps they work from home, inherited generational wealth, or whatever circumstances that gives the ability to survive with little interaction with the outside world. And have they done this for years or even decades...some probably surviving long before internet and gig apps made it possible to never leave home.

I wonder how many stand looking out their window or balcony, wishing anyone of the thousands they see in the moment would simply wave or say Hello — Nothing complex, just someone to be unconditionally human. I imagine there are days they wish it were possible to just covercome it all, yet they just can't bring themselves to do it.

I always tell myself that if I see someone standing alone in their window, I'll wave and smile — Ofc the view is really limiting so it never really happens. Seeing anyone from the outside is so much more difficult than the view seen from the inside looking out.

I dunno, I just think about the forgotten a lot. How many New Yorkers do you think there are who are truly isolated?

Privacy shouldn't be so unpopular. Especially on this sub lol. I continue to see chats and social media activity walk people right into the penitentary. That and those who just can't STFU and preserve their 5th Amendment Rights, by politely declining to answer questions and/or asking for an attorney. No wonder we incarcerate more per capita in America than anywhere else on the planet.

By the time one is in an interrogation room the odds are exponentially stacked against them -- The innocent and guilty alike talk themselves right into fucking prison every damn day.

I mean, it's not rocket science and one doesn't have to be a scholar to ensure they maintain privacy with devices in the commission of whatever one is doing.

We've all heard the internet is forever....unless we don't want it to be. Snapchat, Reddit DM, and IG again is among some of the least secure lol, they have entire dedicated teams ready to mirror your account/DM activity at the drop of a warrant. Seriously, how many thousands of videos on YT must one watch to use some discretion and common damn sense?

That in mind, what do you do to maintain privacy with your device(s)?

What is your preferred encrypted (E2EE) chat/messaging app?

It irritates the shit outta me that various online apps think they have a right to be so fkg intrusive — This bullshit requiring people to upload their personally identifiable information is insane. Prob some others here that are fed up too?

It makes one wish a template existed to create a digital State ID or Driver License. Perhaps one that actually even generates a barcode on the back matching the demographic information from the front. A tool like that could be really helpful.

Has anyone noticed the various formatting bugs on Reddit profiles? It's happening on both Chrome and Firefox.

Banners aren't posting correctly, descriptions are off — This happens more and more frequently. Hoping we could get someone to code profiles correctly for each device method. Some uniformity would be great again.
