Recently got into foiling and got myself a Fliteboard eFoil. Having an absolute BLAST exploring our city from a whole new perspective. This has also opened my eyes to just how underutilized our waterfront is both by the city and it's residents.

Phase 2 color for my 🔥 hair complete! Pics 1-2 are days after and pic 3 is day of phase 2 before.

Routine:

- Wash about once weekly with Ketoconazole Shampoo for my scalp.

- Co-wash 2-3 times a week with Shea Moisture Intensive Moisture Masque

- Shake out after shower and spritz with Goldwell Elumen leave in conditioner

- Plop in microfibre towel hat thing for about 10-15 min depending on humidity

- Miss Jessie's Feather Soft Curls gel if I feel like some more hold for the day. Most of the time I skip this

All coloring done with Goldwell Elumen products.

This project has been SO MUCH FUN. Feel like a man on fire every time I walk out the door no matter how mundane or exciting the destination. This is phase 2 of the coloring. Had to skip the phase 2 cut because of schedule conflict but that's ok me! More 🔥🔥🔥!

Fixed my buddy's tall bike today. I think it qualifies for this sub. Added a bit of bracing to prevent another break. Going to be building him a custom wire cargo rack underneath. Can't wait to build a fleet of these monsters!

I think this is the longest I've sat for my hair since having my dreads twisted in when I was 22. Absolutely worth it I'm floored with the results!

Have always wanted to skate and I'm finally following through. Been snowboarding all my life and started teaching that a few years ago. Wanting to keep the board stoke and training going through the warm months so here I am. My ass is sore but my spirits are high

Any tips for how to get more comfortable "pushing"? I always feel super sketch and feel myself tensing up. Have lowered my body with a lot more bend in knees while riding since this video and that has helped me be more relaxed in motion.

Also pumped to have another reason to bust out my Insta360 x5. Need a lot more practice with the edits so this will help!

After what felt like forever waiting on insurance adjusters, parts and labor - Minuet is back on the road!

Hit some debris on the highway and blew a big hole in my oil pan. Insurance said only go ahead for repair if the motor was good, which it was! So thankful to not be car shopping right now.

While she was in I had them swap on my summer wheel set with a new set of Firestone Firehawk v2 tires on. Had the v1's on last year and the performance increase was huge. Already put the claim of the upgraded v2's to the test. They are supposed to be better in the wet and I can confirm that seems true. Looking forward to another summer of fun on the roads with my baby 😁
