Homegrown Onion Sprouts! 🧅🌱
Getting back into growing sprouts to heal burnout & adrenal fatigue. These onion sprouts are so tasty! They have a mild onion flavor/scent that reminds me of sour cream & onion potato chips. I start by soaking them overnight, then rinse & drain twice a day for 11 days. They are one of the longest seeds to sprout but also some of the tastiest.
They are delicious with air fried potatoes and in nori rolls. I also sometimes eat them with apple slices for a sweet/savory flavor combo 🍎🧅🌱
Chemical-free onion seeds are from [True Leaf Market](https://trueleafmarket.com/products/onion-sprouting-seeds).
