I really wanted to get back into playing salt and sanctuary, and I just reached the ziggurat at level 50.
I have the taichi, the dragoon pistol, steel armor, and level 1/2 prayers. I was hoping to do some sort of paladin + pistol build with a good sword and gun in one loadout, and a spear in the other.
What’s the best weapons in their respective categories I can get? Bonus points for including rings and charms.
Black flash is a phenomenon that happens when a sorcerer applies their cursed energy within a trillionth of a second, while under the right state of clear mind, and environment.
But what happens when instead of applying normal cursed energy, you apply it when it has been multiplied within on itself?
Needless to say, this is much harder, as not only would you have to apply the energy, but also multiply the energy within on itself, within that trillionth of a second. However the result is the elusive “White Flash”
Whereas Black Flash multiplies the power of an attack by the power of 2.5, White Flash multiplies the healing factor of RTC Output by the power of 2.5 instead. Under most circumstances, this means that White Flash provides a sorcerer struck with a near instant full heal, while curses die near instantaneously.
Additionally, it’s important to note while the black flash will cause a sorcerer to enter the powerful state known as “The Zone” White Flash does not. Or at least… Not in the same way.
“The Reverse Zone” as I have came to call it makes the aspects of positive energy second nature to the sorcerer for a brief period of time. RTC becomes as easy as applying normal CE, and Reversals while insanely rare and immensely difficult become a much more likely possibility to awaken.
This is all without mentioning that the sorcerer struck by White Flash is also given a great dosage of RTC, which could snowball into them learning how to make positive energy themselves!
When a human is born, sometimes they will suffer specific mental/emotional issues.
One of these emotional issues can be anger problems, and sorcerers are no different to being victim to this. The difference is, some sorcerers willing or not, can benefit from there destructive tendencies.
The heavenly restriction is simple. It makes it so that the sorcerer is at 50% of their average output, effectively halving there attack potency and destructive capability. However, it can rise up to 200% depending on how angry they are in that moment.
(Note that this heavenly restriction will not make any adjustments to the sorcerers reserves or efficiency to make up for the insane output.)
