A pair of Erie-Lackawanna's NJ DOT-funded GE U34CH are returning to Croxton Yard in Jersey City, NJ with freight PO-98 after escaped as far west as Marion, OH in July of '72. E-L was not supposed to use them in freight service or take them out of NJ, but did so anyway due to power shortages.
