Scooter guy tried to overtake from the left side in a narrow road lost control and did this to my new 3 month old car , couldnt get hold of him in busy road near the Trinity circle junction Bangalore.
How do I get this fixed, does it make sense to claim insurance or get it done outside if it costs like just a couple of thousands.

I have been using the facelift Kushaq (Classic Plus - AT) for over a month now and have clocked over 2000 kms (1700 plus on high ways).
The car was dusty and I took it out for car wash which is close to my home.. so, was driving very slow (between 20-40KM) without AC and closed windows, that's when I observed a weird sound like katch katch as if we are tightening screws.. so drove around for some more time to see if it was one off an issue, but it was consistent and gets more when the road is bad.. observed it made bit more when I was reversing from the car wash.
Has anyone faced such issues, what could be the root-cause and how did you deal with it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

My brother who's almost separated from his wife (she's been living with her parents for over an year) would want to have a discussion with elders to do compromise and be with my brother as usual. My brother had high suspicion that she had slowly taken away money to the tune of 10 Lakhs when my father was alive (almost 5 years ago) which my father had earned through lot of hard work working in a hotel.
This lady used to quarrel with my parents and used to go to her parents and stay there for months together and sometimes over an year (at least 2-3 times). This time, my brother got vexed and decide that I don't want this lady. He is jobless (not had any proper job as well when he was well), doing some electrical work and earning 5-6K a month.
He has no property on his name, whatever it is there it's all earned by father and it's still on his name. We haven't done any distribution after my father's demise (we also have an elder sister and I have a daughter)
My brother has no kids.
what steps should he take so we have a final settlement legally.
Does my brother's wife has any entitlement to the property that was earned by my father.
What should we settle for, given he has almost has no job.
He is so frustrated that he's ready to go and sit in jail than to give any settlement to his wife.

I was thinking of getting DHC infotainment with reverse camera for which dealer quoted 26.5K. If I can get OEM setup for 40-45K I am planning to get it. Please DM if you don't want to post publicly.

I was wondering, if there is any sort of receipts that dealer would give for 4 free services. I didn't receive any, and the dealer has told that by default all the service network would provide it free of cost.
Also, didn't receive any warranty card or something.

Has anyone calculated if the interest credited in the account is accurate? This is only life savings I have. so, worried if everything is looking good or not.

Also, if I contribute more (voluntarily) will that also earn interest or not?
For example, the balance was 17.27.454 before 2024 and contributions for 2024-25 is 2,66,894 which totals to 19,94,348 for which the interest credited is 1,51,729 which is roughly 7.6%. Is this correct? I see, it was 8.25% for 2024-25 period.

I had paid the booking amount only, dealer would call me once the car reaches yard. If he asks for any part payment before PDI, should I do it?
Dealer agreed for getting the insurance from outside, which insurance should I get, God forbid for seamless claims experience.

I was told that I would get allotment by Apr end, till now there's no sign of it yet
The other dealer called me to book promising to deliver it in one week as the vehicle is in transit and is not allotted to anyone yet. I told him I'm ready to book and went to the showroom within an hour, by then he said it was already booked by someone else.
Feeling frustrated after so much delay, gave my old car for exchange already a couple months ago.
