ISO of patients in need of dental cleaning🦷

Hi everyone! I’m currently a 2nd-year Dental Hygiene student at AB Tech in Asheville, and I’m looking for a patient who is in need of a deep cleaning or someone who hasn’t been to the dentist in several years.

If you or someone you know has:
- Not had a dental cleaning in a few years
- Been told they need a deep cleaning
- Bleeding gums or buildup on their teeth
- Been putting off going to the dentist

Appointments will take longer than a private office but will be much cheaper.
All treatment is performed under the supervision of licensed dental hygiene instructors.

If you’re interested or know someone who might be, please message me directly and I’d be happy to answer any questions and explain the process!

Feel free to share this post with friends and family!

Dental Hygiene Cleanings at AB-Tech

Hello!

I am a Dental Hygiene student at AB-Tech looking for patients this fall. Due to the learning environment of the clinic, cleanings are cheaper than private offices, but you pay with your time. Appointments usually last 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Depending on how easy or hard of a cleaning it is, they can take up to 3 appointments to finish (up to 5 for deep cleanings).

If it’s been a really long time since you’ve had a cleaning no worries! I need deep cleanings this semester so don’t let that stop you from reaching out!

Cleanings are 30$ for the initial appointment, 10 dollars for every appointment after, and X-rays are 45$. (50$ for deep cleanings). We will let you know at the first appointment if you need a regular or deep cleaning.

Please message me if you are interested in scheduling for a cleaning or if you want more information.

Thank you!

Am I overreacting for thinking my neighbors could’ve been nicer?

For context, my partner and I have lived in this apartment for a year now and have never had any complaints or interactions from our downstairs neighbors. We live in the second floor and the apartment is all hardwood except for the bedroom. Obviously it’s not soundproof, we hear our upstairs neighbors when they walk or when their dogs run around, but it’s apart of apartment living imo. I work an 8-5 job at an office so i’m always in bed early and out of the apartment by 7am. We left early this morning at 4 am on vacation, so way earlier than we are usually up. The person who is apartment sitting found the note. I just feel like the note was very aggressive especially since they’ve never mentioned it to us before let alone spoken to us. We do not stop around at night so i’m very confused.
I would appreciate any advice on how to handle this situation. My first thought is to knock on their door when I get back from vacation and talk to them in person, but I am also considering going ahead and looping management in on the issue.

Edit: we have multiple rugs throughout the apartment and do not wear shoes inside (i’m a germaphobe)

Please help me!

I recently went through a somewhat mental break and bleached all of my hair, i knew it was going to be yellow and i honestly did not care whatsoever. I am now coming out of that headspace and actually care that it looks horrible. It’s a yellow color right now after one bleach bath. It’s not the worst color but looks terrible with my skin tone. Should I bleach again and aim for a nice blond with a toner? is it light enough to tone now? should I purchase some kind of blond dye to go over it? Honestly just not sure what to do next, I know I want some kind of blond but not sure exactly what steps to take for it to look good.

I don’t have money to go to a salon so this is all DIY.

Thank you for any advice!
