occipital neuralgia?

hey, writing this in the er, this is my first post here.

im here in the er because out of nowhere i get this icepick like headache pain directly in my left temple by my ear. it feels extremely deep, painful, and it worsens if i lift my head, turn it, or move my jaw. it is the worst pain ive ever had in my head. it can be basically not there if i just stay perfectly stay. i was very concerned so i went to the er.

so far the cat scan that i did is clean and they want to rule out an anyerusm bc of the severity but i dont have any other symptoms, im coherent, not weak, numb, tingling, drooping, etc etc. my neck can also get stiff a lot and i can recall getting pretty bad neck pain once or twice the past month. so i heard of occipital neuralgia and im wondering if this seems consistent? over the past week as well ive had on and off pain in the back right of my head that comes and goes randomly.

stiffness / sore fingers

i dont know if i have bfs, but i have also been dealing with twitching like all over my body but especially in my left thumb that has very crazy spasms. i like to use stress toys like squishy type things but recently using one my hands felt stiff and it was honestly uncomfortable to squeeze. when i do it my fingers feel sore bending. i am beginning to get sick with fear because im scared this will lead to further inability to use my hands. i cant even sleep right now from anxiety especially paired with the other twitching. anyone else experience this?

thumb spasm and twitch

my thumb has been twitching and having spasms that are seriously freaking me out. these are just two times i caught on video. one day about a week ago it was happening like every few minutes. i showed my friend and it was way more intense of a spasm than these clips and they couldnt believe i wasnt moving it myself. like the muscle genuinely has a mind of its own and will move so extremely past my control. im 19 so this is scaring me.

symptoms of rls?

hello, i am making this post because i suspect i have rls. however when i looked up the symptoms they didnt really match what i experience- i dont really experience aches or burning or tingling or anything

my symptoms have been constant leg twitches, small pulsating feelings, constant minor muscle contractions, my legs moving slightly on their own, all noticed when im laying down or staying still. these symptoms are all only in my legs nowhere else

are these symptoms common too?

safe dose of potassium bicarbonate supplement?

hello, i was diagnosed with a potassium defiency via blood test at 19 years old and my last blood test at 13 showed the same thing so i decided to order potassium bicarbonate gummies. the dose said 2 gummies making it 1000mg but i only took most of one gummy, about 400mg. i was reading online and i saw a website say the fda limit of potassium bicarbonate was 100mg? im kinda scared now because i do struggle with irregular heart rhythm and i dont want to give myself heart issues from that dose. was this site wrong?

i really need advice regarding intrusive thoughts and emptiness. i dont know if its related to ocd but i have bad ocd and anxiety.

basically i have been in a very dark place recently where i feel empty. a lot of the time, it hits me when im with friends, doing something i like, or when i otherwise am perfectly fine. it comes like an intrusive thought, and in my head i just think "you feel empty right now" "nothing u do makes u feel happy" "nothing u do matters" "this is all meaningless" etc etc. and i cant even tell anymore if i feel these things or the thoughts just come in my head first, tricking me to feel the emotions after.

the more i try to ignore them, they continue coming. but when i linger on them, i feel so painfully empty and sad. this is really out of nowhere. i used to love my life and i was so happy and i loved being alive. i had a period of bad anxiety and one day i had these thoughts and since then they never have gone away and honestly have just been increasing everyday. it kills me that i used to be so happy and optimistic and functioning so well. now everything i do and everything i am feels worthless and even my future doesnt motivate me sometimes. i just want to get rid of these thoughts forever.
