I have done LGS for a box or 2 with each release but it's always a hassle calling every store around me and figuring if / when they sell them. For radiance I was looking to purchase a case. I know none of my LGS will have them. Where do you guys purchase them from?

Are you guys just agreeing "hey I'll PayPal you here's my address" or are you like listing them on eBay or something? What's the protection? Is it just trust?

And to clarify I mean that literally like the game itself is played vertically. I find myself with a very sleepy newborn who falls asleep in my arms a lot and I'm kind of looking for a good gacha game I can play with just one hand so playing it vertical screen would be much easier than trying to play horizontally.

I saw this neat little nugget on Tiktoc yesterday explaining how if you have a patient presenting with wide complex tachycardia secondary to cocaine overdose that your first line treatment should be sodium bicarb. Because in this situation the cocaine acts as a sodium channel blocker. This was new to me. Does anyone have any experience with this?
