Looking for someone to join us early - 15% equity ( INDIAN ONLY )

We’re building a workforce operations company for blue-collar businesses in India.

The idea is simple: businesses shouldn’t have to spend their time managing workforce problems.

We recruit workers based on business requirements, verify them, maintain their records, track attendance, handle workforce issues and manage the workforce on an ongoing basis.

For workers, we’re building a professional workforce identity - verified experience, work history, skills, attendance and performance - so good workers can build a reputation and access better opportunities over time.

We’re initially entering the restaurants and cafes sector, starting with unskilled workers and helpers. The initial roles are simple operational jobs, with wages starting at ₹500/day + food + stay, depending on the employer and role.

The goal is NOT to become another labour contractor who supplies people and disappears.

We want to build a large, structured workforce network that can make reliable employment more accessible while giving businesses one reliable partner for their workforce.

We already have businesses ready to onboard.

Our biggest problem right now is sourcing the workers for our first batch.

I’m looking for someone who can take complete ownership of workforce sourcing - building local networks, finding genuine workers, coordinating with them and helping us successfully deploy our first batches.

This person needs to be much more than a recruiter. I want someone who wants to build this company with us, believes in the vision and is willing to get their hands dirty at the ground level.

15% equity of the company is available for the right person.

If you’re interested, DM me with:

- Where you’re based

- Your experience/network in workforce sourcing

- What you can bring to the company

- Why you want to build this with us

I’m looking for someone serious about building something big, not another small contractor business.

Building a Small, Serious Team to Build Something Big

I’m working on a new consumer-tech startup, and I’m looking to build a small online team of exceptional people who genuinely want to build something from the ground up.

The idea is simple to explain:

We want to make having a personal assistant accessible to everyday people.

Instead of figuring out which app, website, service, person or company can solve something for you, you should be able to simply tell us what you need - and we take care of the execution.

Think of it as a personal layer between you and all the things you need to get done in the real world.

The vision is much bigger than the first version. We're starting focused, but the goal is to build something that can eventually operate at a completely different scale.

I'm currently looking for people across a few key areas:

- Technical co-founder / engineers - someone who can own and build the technology from 0 → 1.

- Product/UI/UX designer - someone who can turn the vision into a ridiculously good product experience.

- Branding & creative - someone who can help create a brand people actually remember.

- Marketing & growth - someone who knows how to take something new and make people care about it.

I’m deliberately keeping this team small - single digits.

I want 3 - 5 seriously committed people who are willing to put their brains, skills and energy into making this real.

A little about me:

I currently have 3 active businesses, so I’m not approaching this as someone who simply has an idea and is looking for someone else to execute it. I’ll be driving the business, strategy, operations, partnerships and go-to-market.

What I want to build now is an online founding team where everyone has real ownership and a meaningful role in bringing this to life.

If you're someone who looks at an early-stage idea and thinks “I want to build this” rather than “I wonder if someone else will”, I'd love to hear from you.

Tell me what you do, what you've built, and what role you think you could own.

Let's see if we can put together a ridiculously good little team.

Looking for a CTO

I'm building a new startup and looking for a technical co-founder to join from the very beginning.

I'm taking responsibility for the business side - strategy, operations, marketing, sales, partnerships and go-to-market.

I'm looking for someone who will take complete ownership of the technology and product side.

This isn't a role where you'll simply receive requirements and write code. You'll be involved in figuring out what we build, how we build it, the architecture, product decisions, technology roadmap and eventually building the technical team.

The product is still at an early stage, which means you'll have significant influence over the technology and product direction from day one.

I'm specifically looking for someone who:

- Can build and ship from 0 → 1

- Has strong backend/system-design fundamentals

- Is comfortable with AI and modern technology

- Can make architectural decisions independently

- Is willing to get hands-on rather than only manage

- Thinks like a founder, not an employee

- Is looking for a long-term equity-based opportunity

I'm deliberately keeping the product details private on a public Reddit post.

If you're genuinely interested in building something from the ground up and want real ownership of the technology, DM me with your background, what you've built, your technical strengths, and why you're looking for a co-founder opportunity.

I'll share the product and business details privately with shortlisted candidates.

What is up with these people

A doorstep detailing brand in Mysore?

Why ?

I am just confused, with so much of branding, and visibility.

Are people ready ?

Do these people think they can conquer mysore ?

Like I own a car wash station, I don’t think people who come to wash there car, care so much about all these branding and too much detail.

Atleast not in india.

What do you guys think ?

Technical co-founder

I'm looking for someone who wants to build a new behaviour.

I'm not looking for a CTO.

I'm looking for a co-founder.

Someone who's crazy enough to believe we can build the next category-defining company.

We're building at the intersection of quick commerce and on-demand logistics.

Right now, it's just an idea.

No funding.

No fancy office.

No salaries.

Just conviction.

If you're looking for a comfortable job, this isn't for you.

If your dream is to spend the next 20 years climbing the corporate ladder, this definitely isn't for you.

But...

If you've ever looked at companies like Uber, Airbnb or Blinkit and thought,

"I wish I had built that."

Maybe this is the conversation we've both been waiting for.

I'm looking for someone who loves building.

Someone who obsesses over products.

Someone who gets excited solving impossible problems.

Someone who isn't afraid of hearing "this will never work."

You'll get equity.

You'll get complete ownership.

You'll get the chance to build something from day one.

The only thing I expect in return is obsession.

If this sounds like you - or you know someone who fits this description - let's talk.

The next great company won't be built by one person.

It starts with finding the right two.
