What antibiotics are most effective?

Guys...I am so chronically sick and have done 1 failed round of AB for h pylori as well as 2 natural rounds. I keep saying I can't do AB ever again because I'm already so sick and can't afford to feel worse (I've taken them so many times that they have destroyed my gut) but I've been so sick for 12 days with horrific anxiety, chest tightness, palpitations, dizziness, nausea etc have gone to er twice....I just saw a dr today and she ran so many tests. Still waiting on a few results but so far my SED RATE and CRP are elevated which means inflammation/infection.... I'm assuming it's this damn h pylori and now strongly considering 1 more round of AB.

The ones my gastro prescribed are CLARITHROMYCIN and MEtronidazole. But I'm reading horrible things about how it can cause heart issues and I'm already dealing with that so want to find out what has 100% healed your guys infections with as little side effects as possible.

Thank you

Die off?

Hello! Have any of you experienced "die off" symptoms when doing h pylori treatment (natural) or any other cleanse?

I started taking serrapeptase a little less than 2 weeks ago and have taken it maybe 5x. I'm now on day 4 of chest tightness and upper back pain, high blood pressure, high heart rate, anxiety, fatigue, lightheaded etc. I went to the ER to rule out heart attack.

It then dawned on me that I'm pretty sure it's die off. This exact situation has happened the last 4 or 5x I've done a cleanse.

I do take binders but must not be enough. I really wanna continue the serrapeptase to try and break down the biofilm so I can finally kill the bad stuff in my body that's hiding.

Has anyone else experienced similar side effects?

Does anyone else have this bacteria? I did am oral health test a couple years ago and this was about as high as it can get. I also have h pylori and candida overgrowth so I know the BB comes from my gut. I feel it coming from my throat.

When i was in the hospital with pneumonia, they had me on IV antibiotics for 2 days I believe and my BB was like 90% gone. It lasted like 3 days max. I was so happy, I thought this nightmare was over but it came back worse.

I really don't want to take any more antibiotics because my gut is ruined and so I've been doing natural protocols and things to try and heal my gut and kill off these stupid bacteria.

Anyone have experience getting rid of FN?

Hey guys. Has anyone used Tirzepatide to lose weight while they also have h pylori and bad gut issues?

I'm on the fence. Have about 140 to lose. So much inflammation. H pylori, gastritis, low hormones, iron deficient, pcos and more. I've been chronically ill and in pain for 6 years and think losing weight will help some things and heard it lowers inflammation. But I know it can also cause gastro issues and mine are already horrible.

Any input would be great, thank you.
