My friend was able to get a full bottle of Velixir in Vietnam (Ken Perfumes) for 1.1m dong each (around Php 2.5k). May patong na rin sakanila hahaha kasi the actual price of Velixir is less than 2k daw.

I got the Athena and the Icarus, but I haven’t tried the Icarus yet.

Longevity wise I’ll say 3-4 hours pa since it’s new palang. The decant I got from a friend lasted longer since siguro mas matured na yung decant na yon.

Scent wise, they say it’s a dupe of Delina. Is it 100% close? Mga 85-90% siguro. Honestly the first spray akala ko talaga Delina, kuha niya, pero I kinda smell a hint of incense from this one or guni guni ko lang ba yon hahaha. In the dry down you’ll get the Bulgarian Rose and Vanilla notes of the perfume.

Overall, yeah I get the hype, but won’t suggest people to spend a lot over it. People are taking advantage of the hype and put like 180% mark up on it. I saw a store sell a BNIB for 6k on shopee, di ba kayo karmahin niyan? Hahaha.

I have been eyeing Initio’s Musk Therapy for a while, so I started with a 10ml decant first. Paubos na siya, and when I let my sister smell it, we both really liked it. Kaya I’m so glad she bought me this full bottle as her grad gift to me.

Musk Therapy smells clean, soft, and expensive without being too much. It is fresh and musky, but also creamy and comforting. It gives that effortless, put together feeling, like you smell naturally good. Although a friend of mine said she smells a hint of tiki tiki HAHAHA I think because of the mandarin note.

Based on my testing, it lasts around 5 to 6 hours on my clothes. It is not super loud, but I like that it stays soft and intimate. I get why a lot of people call it a safe luxury scent because it is easy to wear and perfect for days when you just want to smell clean, pretty, and expensive.

The SA shared that the story behind this scent is really about reminiscing childhood, and honestly, gets ko agad why. There’s something so nostalgic and comforting about it. Like it transports you back to those afternoons na ayaw mo pang umuwi kahit padilim na kasi busy pa kayo maglaro sa labas. 🥹

I’ve been looking around for “fresh linen” scents and I stumbled upon Room 1015’s Love-o-matic. I tried a decant first and sabi ko OMG perfect para sa summer so I finally bought this beauty yesterday so I’ll also be sharing my short review (which is I’m not magaling to do so bear with me HAHAHA)

First spray impression is like alam niyo yung bagong kuha na laundry yung basa pa pero with fabcon? Ganon, amoy malinis.

Dry down naman is musky and leaning towards fruity, it’s not too sweet. They said it has bubblegum but I didn’t get that scent note yet.

Overall I think perfect for the summer and also for everyday use. When I tried this before I was outside labas pasok sa init and lamig and I still smelled a hint of it.
