Comp Plan Change Mid-Year - Retroactively Applied

This is a follow-up to my original post:

Anyone experienced a comp plan change mid-year?

Our team has been informed that come Monday our comp plans will be changed. The team is at 200% of the annual number and leadership is planning to make changes.

We’re just now learning it is being retroactively applied from July 1-August 16th on all closed-won business.

Can you do that?

RHR after Stopping Reta

What's everyone's experience stopping reta for those who paid attention to RHR? How long did it take to return to normal?

I was at a 42 avg RHR until I started and I've peaked at 56bpm some nights. I'd been microdosing since December and finally decided to take a break. I am 3.5 weeks since stopping and resting heart rate is still struggling to improve. Starting to become worrisome given my love for endurance sports.

Coming off Reta

What’s everyone’s experience coming off Reta, particularly RHR and HRV restoring to baseline levels?

I’m 3 weeks post-cessation and my RHR is still near all-time highs and showing no signs of improvement. Honestly, it seems to be getting worse. HRV seems to have stabilized finally.

Reta Withdrawal?

I'm 3 weeks since my last dose of reta and the withdrawal has been insane I feel like. I was on it for about 6 months only dosing up to about 2.5 mg at most.

Since stopping, my RHR has declined but out of nowhere, during the day, my heart will race and I will feel anxious as hell. My HRV has tanked over the last few days as well. I thought stopping would result in these vitals returning to baselines but you'd think I've been consistently dosing the last week.

Anyone else experience similar withdrawal symptoms?

Basic Midweight or Heavyweight Tee

I’ve been on the hunt for staple midweight/heavyweight tees.

I’m a big fan of Buck Mason but my issue is I am 6’4” and their length of shirt is way too short. I’ve tried UNIQLO but can’t get onboard with the airism tee, A&F heavyweight tees have too thick of collars. I’m trying out COS and Zara but confident they’ll be too damn short.

I’m looking for a good modern fit, room through the torso, not too relaxed and sleeves are fairly snug to the arm. Good sturdy collar is a must.

Any ideas/suggestions?

Heart Rate Increase

Started oral min 3 mg April 19th. Been using topical with no issues for the last 3 months. I started to notice I was short of breath and my RHR added like 10-13bpm overnight. 44 to 54-57 bpm.

I’ve since stopped taking it because A. I’m training for races and can’t keep redlining on my easy workouts. B. Topical was doing just fine.

Anyone experienced anything similar? How long did it take to stabilize or come back down? I’m 6 days since stopping and my RHR has come down a few beats but I’m still getting noticeably winded climbing stairs and my daytime HR is still 10 bpm higher.
