I'm currently rewatching the show for the first time since it ended. Watched it religiously since like s2e15, so this has been very nostalgic and it's interesting to see things from a more adult pov. I have a bigger appreciation for thea and roy now and my favorite character is still laurel. She had the best character arc in the show alongside oliver. Her death was a huge mistake but the introduction of black siren retroactively lessened the impact fot me.

Black siren is actually what drove me to make this post, as I firmly believe that the single biggest missed opportunity in all of arrow was not having a black siren flashback episode. Imo part of the charm of having these alternate universe version of characters we deeply know is to actually see where their paths diverted so drastically that they chose the complete opposite path in life. In cases like black siren it's even more important, because in seasons 5 and 6 she often acts so evil that it's fundamental that her chance at redemption doesn't come completely out of the blue and just "because she's still laurel deep down". This was for example done well with slade, as we saw that he had good in him and a sense of comradery before the mirakuru and hate completely drove him insane. Thus, him finding a way back to his original self doesn't feel cheap or out of nowhere even after the atrocities he committed like killing moira and almost getting starling nuked.

What are some other missed opportunities in your opinion? I'd also say that oliver's "resurrection" after the ra's al ghul fight was terribly executed. Specially after the level of wounds he had. Like, rest and herbs can't heal a stabbed chest and a fall from a mountain top in just weeks.

Hi, I'm new to the game. I'm really enjoying the visuals, the music, the world design and the class system but the inventory bloat is kins of confusing me. I have packs with boosts or whatever, furniture and more that I don't want to destroy but also some quests tell me that I need to ensure inventory space, space that I'm constantly running out of. How do I handle this? Should I just destroy like the boost packs and the furniture and whatnot and just focus on gear and quests items at the start?

I really love the aesthetic of 2000's games like lord of the rings online and oblivion and I'm desperately looking for more comfy open world games in that style on steam. I'd prefer fantasy titles as that's my comfort genre but I'm open to sci-fi or others. I'd also prefer single player games.

I'm not a fan of card games or most rougelikes like Slay the Spire. I'm not into pimire farming games like Stardew Valley but farming games with action or RPG elements like Rune Factory are good. Pixel art games are ok as long as the gameplay is action-based or has action elements. I'm also OK with MMO's as long as they are F2P. I have already played stuff like Grim Dawn and all the Souls titles and I like them.

I just finished my first replay in nine years and I wanted to clarify some doubts I have about the info on the Truth Recordings.

I'm a bit confused as to how the timeline between Peace Walker and Zero going into hiding definitely in 1977 played out. Did Skull Face infect Zero soon after Paz's interrogation after PW's true ending? There is a gap of like 3 months between PW and GZ, and after the attack on Mother Base Skull Face is exiled to Africa. If XOF already crossed a line by attacking MSF, why would Zero receive a pin by this guy who already went rogue once and almost killed his friend? It doesn't really add up with his paranoid, meticulous character. Also if Zero had been infected before GZ, then how did he had the mental faculties to organize the Venom Snake ploy and hide Snake in Cipher's hospital? The tape with Ocelot where he asks for his help makes it seem as if Zero is well aware that this would be the last time they spoke.

Am I missing something?
