How do you stay cool withe protection on summer nights?

I have no air conditioning. My briefs just stick to me and it's awful. How do I stay cool when I'm wearing a heavy brief layer? I strategically placed fans directly at my body but I'm still suffering thanks to the heat dome.

Why is it best to take with a pawn here?

I won the game. I've played this opening a lot and stockfish always tells me exf3 is "best" but I want to know why. It blocks in the bishop. Why is it not best to take with the bishop? I have learned to always take with the pawn instead but it's been bugging me why I should do that.

  1. Nf3 d5 2. g3 Nf6 3. Bg2 Nc6 4. O-O (4. d4) 4... e5 5. d3 Bc5 6. c3 Bg4 7. d4 (7. Qc2) 7... exd4 8. cxd4 Bxf3 9. exf3 Bxd4

What jobs can you even work with OCD and no education?

Please don't say the word "any", because that's not reality. Living with persistent permanent OCD I know I can't do a lot of jobs - like anything food related or garbage truck personnel etc. I can't do many jobs because I can't interact with trash or raw foods basically. And most entry jobs have something to do with trash or mopping or other cleanup. I don't want to be "fixed" instead since I got fucked up majorly and was way worse after ERP. So I want ONLY to know of jobs that are clean that I can do without education.

I let my surgeon talk me out of depth and now I regret it...

I had a plan. The surgeon and I had agreed on supplemental belly grafts for more depth. But on the pre-op appointment he kept touting that he could do it with only scrotal skin but said I would still get 4 inches. This was already low by my standards, but I was so overwhelmed I went along with it thinking he knows best. Then post op I got so little that I can't even insert the dilator. It literally doesn't even have room to go in. It's like I got zero depth instead. Just the tip goes in basically at all. I wanted to be able to put vibrators in there one day or more than the head of a penis inside, but now I can't. Moral of the story, don't let a surgeon push you to a less depth than what you originally agreed. I feel taken advantage of and now all the suffering to get here and go through surgery feels for nothing... I am majorly depressed.

I'm going for (MTX) GRS soon and have mostly minor daytime fecal incontinence and bedwetting. I know for the first part that there's bowel prep and I will have a catheter in so I'm not really worried about accidents in hospital. But I was wondering how incontinence either plays a role or if it get's worse post-op? I know I can ask questions to the clinic but I want to get personal perspectives. Another question I have is does your type of protection have to change in any way? Should I expect possibly that my incontinence can worsen? Do I need to start using wipes? Anything else anyone can tell me?
