I wanna start doing some sort of exercise once a day, and thought maybe I could do jump rope! only caveat is that the only space I could feasibly do this is in my back ‘garden’ which is solely concrete. I was wondering if this would be alright given the correct precautions being taken? I’ve seen online people mentioning mats and trainers, so could anyone point me to any mats that don’t necessarily break the bank in case I end up not sticking to the exercise. I’m situated in the UK so I’m not totally sure what options I have

My memory of this show has pretty large gaps in it, but I remember the core of the show being a brother and sister who are entirely home alone throughout the show! For some reason in my head I believe the actress who plays Tracy Beaker is the sister, but nothing on her IMDb stands out as being the show. I remember a bright fun room in the back of their house which is where they hung out. I also vaguely remember an episode or two, both being wintery themed. The first was an episode about a snowstorm causing them to get lost when going outside, and the second was about the brother being visited by Christmas past and future (both played by him I believe). I’m constantly thinking about this show and for the life of me I cannot find it? I’m almost certain it’s a British show as well.

Not totally sure if the title is correct, but I'm rewatching THT, and in S1 when June is brought into the room where they're watching propaganda, Moira is already there and so are so many others in the uniform. So how come June was so late in comparison to those around her? Were they already 'training' Handmaids while June was on the run? I'm not sure if this is answered later on, or if this is explained in the book but I'd love to know if there's an answer!
