my cat has fleas amd tapeworm and my parents are refusing to take her to the vet and are saying they will juet get medicine from the shops but I don't trust them since last time she was acting sick once she had it . a few hours ago I put flea medication on my cat well my mom did and she accidently put it in a spot where she can lick it so I hadn't seen her all night because she was in the other room but when I did I saw she licked her neck and then I kept hearing her lickinf her lips so I was worried and put warm water on a towel and dragged it along her neck and tried to dry it but it isn't drying and it smells less of the medication but I can still smell it and she seems loke she has less energy and can't open her eyes fully im just scared it's 6am what do I do
