Bonjour, je déménage bientôt à Buck et je connais absolument pas les trésors cachés (Randonnée, Parc, lac et autre) je cherche à faire des belles sorties en nature avec la famille.
Je viens de L'OUEST je connais bien le parc de la Gatineau et autres mais L'EST est tout nouveau pour moi.

I’m posting about my wife, who caught mononucleosis 16 years ago and has never recovered since.
Even though all her blood tests always come back completely normal, her daily reality looks like this:
Her lymph nodes are permanently swollen.
She sleeps at least 12 hours a day.
Every single effort leads to severe exhaustion.
She has zero energy left for basic tasks like cooking—we have to order food all the time.
For 16 years, every doctor has brushed it off with:
"Her labs are fine, that's just life, take multivitamins and get some sun." Naturally, none of that has ever worked.
Has anyone here dealt with a similar post-viral fatigue that lasted this long despite "normal" test results? How do you cope, and did you ever find a doctor who took it seriously?

First time buying myself a garmin watch and went for a Garmin Forrunner 165.
2 days in with a glass screen protector I scratch my screen. I lost balance after my run and scratch my watch on a brick wall. The glass screen protector snap and let the brick scratch the screen. Not big big damage but two long scratch on the front and a dent on the bottom right corner.
I was wondering if you guys had tricks to hide it I feel very bad about it.
