What better way to celebrate freedom

Than Gunpla? Did the weekly stop on the way home from work and holy cow!! Was mine ever stocked. Thought I was gonna have to make 3 separate trips, but knocked it out in one fell swoop. I did miss out on the MG Kampfer. Somebody else snagged it. Been wanting an Impulse for a bit. The Sword will look great next to the Force.

Quietly fading away

This is one of two quietly fading away in my neighborhood. Both just sit. This one is losing its clear coat, the other is at least under a carport. It does have about 6 inches of dust on it. I kind of want to save one, but I already have two wagons(Cressida and Lexus)

Just finished deck of fate

Ok, finished my first deck of fate and completely wiped from it. Not going for the fusion as I really haven't gotten any shards from CB in over a month.. ok, got some ancients, but nothing else really. I know RNJesus, blah, blah, blah, yada, yada, yada...🤣 Do I have a set time to pull my champ or do I have to pull before the deck ends? TIA

What to do with old pictures?

Ok, I am being put in charge of my grandmother's collection of images. She was an avid photographer(where I got it from) history buff(President of the Quincy historical society) world traveler. We are talking probably 25-30k worth of slides, negatives etc. They run the gamut from travel and leisure to family photos. Nana was on one of the first trips into Russia in the 70s. She flew around the world in the Concorde. Right now, they are all stored at my mom's house. What might be the best way to handle them? I would of course separate out the family photos, but I am guessing maybe a third are family photos. Nana did label stuff so that should make it easier. Just wondering what is the best way to share them. TIA

Just found this

Group. Gotta say I am jazzed. Quick history. TV photojournalist for almost 25 years. Now just do it for the friends and the adrenaline. I shoot local drifting and buddies cars mainly. Main weapon is a D610 with tons of old glass. Mainly primes, just a couple zooms thrown in. Put this in panning cause I am a sucker for a great pan. Most of these are shot ISO 100 1/30-1/90th. First few are the last event and then just whatever is in my camera roll 🤣🤣 look forward to getting some inspo as I am trying to do more static stuff

Crank bolt hep

As you can see by the divot in the driveway, the starter bump method did not work. What's everyone's next best method? Heat, penetrant, loud swearing? Any ideas would be appreciated. TIA

Well, remember my newbie post...

One of the respondents said my belt looked like it was about to vacate the premises. Unfortunately the belt is still fine. I cannot say the same about the crank pulley. Thankfully it happened at the end of the driveway. I have a buddy that thinks he has a 1J crank pulley laying around. I was thinking about either the ATI or the light weight. Mainly, I want a 1 piece pulley. If a 5 or 7M pulley worked I would do that. Got 5 or 6 of them gathering dust right now.

Local Walmart has Onn on sale

Was perusing the local Walmart for cat food last night and walked by electronics. Had to look at tablets. They have last year's 12.1 Pro for like $135. Uses would be YT, VLC, light-ish gaming Raid Shadow, maybe some Pubg and CoD. I was also looking at the iPlay 70 mini pro. I know the Onn won't get updates unless I do it myself. Same case for the Alldocube. I have (well the wife stole it) an iPlay 50 mini pro running pixel OS so I know what I am getting into with those. The 70 mini pro is $181 off Walmart.com TIA

Missing vacuum line

Need to know where this line goes. I can't seem to locate the line in the engine bay and it is not on the diagram located on the hood. I don't see any 'spare' vacuum lines either. Somebody got the link to a TSRM? TIA

Don't mind the dust. I just want an inexpensive, no frills, manual control PnS. I don't need a crazy huge sensor. I don't need video. I don't need art filters. I don't need infinite zoom. Interchangeable lenses would be a plus, but not needed. I thought it would be the x100. Nope, crazy prices. I thought it might be a GF2-5, but yeah, prices are going crazy on those. Just give me a 35RC but digital. I just want something small, pocketable, manual controls, I would prefer a viewfinder, but will suffer an EVF if need be. Does such a beast exist?
