je voulais avoir le retour de gens qui ont fait ça : est-ce facile de concilier vie pro/vie académique où beaucoup de charges ? est-ce que c’est facile de trouver une entreprise qui accepte cette condition?

I’m currently doing my civil service as a teacher for migrants.
I really love this job and I start to wonder about perhaps starting off HEP/PH but I’m 100% conscious that it’s not at all the same as teaching to some adults, motivated to learn for their professional future than teaching to kids who may be more troublemakers.
Are there any teachers there who can share their own experiences ? What to expect when you consider this career path ?

no question this time. simply want to…thank everyone because from what I can read (and write sometimes) I love how despite people who constantly asking same or obvious questions or some people who witness difficult situations (debt, divorce, soemtimes worse such as asking questions about suicide assistant), people who are controversial or even shocking opinions,
depsite all of that I love how everyone remains polite and helpfu.
I don’t know, it makes me pleasure to see people helping, listening to others. just wnated to thank for that because no one will I guess.

Tho, loads of ppl on Reddit complain that it is "not enough paid for the work". I don’t get, 77k-80k is a great salar, why ppl complain about it ?

jai jusqu’à maintenant été convaincu que le secteur financier/bancaire était solide en Suisse et qu’on pouvait aisément trouver un poste junior dès notre master à HEC Lausanne (là où je suis) ou à HSG de Saint Gall mais après quelques recherches sur Reddit, apparement pas tant que ça.
Je ne comprends pas quand je demande à Claude ou Gemini, la finance reste au top, quand je cherche sur Orientation.ch les sciences économiques (même si c’est pas uniquement finance) restent au top et bien payé, jamais vu quelqu’un qui a un master en finance venir pleurer comme ceux en IT car aucun travail.
sil vous plait, dites moi que Reddit est biaisé et la finance va quand même bien. je misais mon avenir la dessus.

Claude told me that your tax Military is deductible from your taxable income. For example, if you pay 2’000 CHF tax military on a 80’000 annual income, then the federal, cantonal, communal tax are based on 78’000 instead of these 80’000.
Is it true? I didnt find this answer on the net and that information could change my decision to do or not the military (yes I know you don’t have choice but I could manage with my doctor).
