Hi all,

I’ve been posting on YouTube for months, using the same flow, times, thumbnails and content and used to have really good numbers.

Recently my views have absolutely tanked in both long form and shorts. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong or if there has been a change but it’s like my channel has become invisible.

Has this happened to anyone else recently as it’s only been over the last few weeks? Does anyone have any recommendations or advice on how I can fix this or if they’ve had similar issues?

Hi all, I’m currently in the Civil Service as a CO which I’ve been for a few years and planning on accepting a job in the Public Service still as a CO, my question is will I keep my years of service and stay on my point on the pay scale. Can anyone help as I can’t get a clear answer, thanks all.
