17M 183cm/6ft 60kg i want to gain about 5kg weight but i dont really enjoy eating big meals, i feel hungry pretty often but i cant bring myself to eat, i think i have fast metabolism because i eat pretty much the same as my family but it doesnt feel like enough

17M 183cm 60kg i dont take any medications or smoke or use anything, this has been going on for years, i typically sleep +-8 hours, i never wake up refreshed and its really hard to get up in the morning. Its not like im sleepy all the time but i dont have energy and my eyes feel very tired. Feels pretty shit

i think i have a varicocele in both testicles, and left one is noticeably smaller. i have symptoms of low t like constant fatigue even if i sleep 10 hours and its frustrating. i dont have pain but pretty much constant discomfort and its not nice
