Ghkcu/KPV blend

Hello.

I’m planning to try ghkcu-kpv. Yung blended na. 100mg of ghk & 10mg of kpv.

Saan better I reconstitute? Sa 10ml na bac water or sa 3ml? Sabi mas okay daw sa 10ml? Ano sa tingin niyo based sa experience. Thank you!

BDO Asking for FATCA & W-8BEN

Hello! Ask ko lang sa mga nakapag-open na ng BDO Savings/Passbook account.

First time freelancer kasi ako after coming from a corporate job. Nag-apply ako ng Passbook Savings account online, then BDO asked me to submit these documents

Normal lang ba na hingin ito kapag freelancer ang source of income? Or may na-encounter din ba kayong ganito? Saan niyo nakuha yung mga forms? Thank you! 😊

Liquidated Damages

Hi everyone, I need some advice.

I resigned from my job last July through immediate resignation because of medical reasons. Before that, I was already on a medical LOA for 2 months (May and June).

After my LOA ended, I still wasn’t fit to return to work. Since I didn’t have a fit-to-work clearance from my doctor, I decided to submit an immediate resignation.

I received my final pay computation recently, and it showed a negative final pay because of liquidated damages for not completing the 30-day notice period. They deducted more than ₱50k from my final pay. Grabe nanlumo ako.

I understand that companies have policies about rendering notice periods, and I know it was stated in my contract. But my concern is, does this still apply if the reason I couldn’t render was because of my medical situation and after being on an approved medical LOA?

Has anyone experienced something similar? Is this something I can dispute with HR or DOLE/NLRC? What documents should I prepare if I want to raise this concern?
I’d really appreciate any advice. Thankyou

Is the lighting in Teach You a Lesson intentionally this dark?

Currently watching Teach You a Lesson and I’m loving it so far, but can we talk about the lighting? 😭

This is just one of many scenes that are ridiculously dark. I literally thought my MacBook brightness was the problem 💀

Watching this with any light on in the room is a struggle. Sometimes I can barely see what’s happening.

Is anyone else experiencing this, or do I need to tweak some settings on my MacBook? or sa film na talaga siya?

Not him acting like the Philippines owes its success to halfies 💀

You probably wouldn’t even stand a chance without that Philippines sash, Mr. Guam. 🙄 Hindi naman porket halfie ka, automatic mas magaling ka na. Kapal naman ng face. After using Filipino support for clout and exposure, you turn around and act like the Philippines wouldn’t stand a chance without people like you? Please. 🤭

Funny how you benefited from Filipino support, Filipino fans, and a Filipino platform, tapos ngayon parang minamaliit mo yung mga Pinoy. Matagal nang may mga Pilipinong nagre-represent at nagdadala ng karangalan sa international stage before you even entered the conversation. A little humility wouldn’t hurt.

Am I overreacting for reporting one of our company shuttle drivers for unprofessional conduct?

Hi. M 26. Need advice if tama ba yung naging reaction ko so far and if justified ba yung complaint ko. I’m also considering escalating this to higher management and want to know if reasonable ba yun.

I’ve been using our company shuttle service since na-hire ako. May gym din kami sa office, so minsan after shift, dumidiretso ako mag-workout and I go home in gym attire. Because of that, madalas na akong nakakasakay sa shuttle wearing shorts, and never naman akong nasita or sinabihan na bawal.

Last saturday, nag-book ako ng shuttle papuntang office. I was wearing a polo shirt, gym shorts, and rubber shoes.

Pagbukas ko pa lang ng door ng shuttle van, bigla akong tinanong ng driver: “Bakit ka naka-shorts?” in a rude and confrontational tone.

Nagulat ako so I replied, “Ay bawal na po ba?”

Hindi siya sumagot. Naupo lang ako near the door kasi kung bawal talaga, bababa naman ako at mag-a-adjust.

Instead of answering, he got off the van, walked towards me, then took my picture without my consent (with flash on). After that, he slammed the door.

Nabastusan ako, so bumaba na lang ako and nag-Grab na lang papuntang office.

I immediately reported it to my manager and filed a complaint with management. Later on, nalaman ko from an officemate na may ibang driver daw na nagsabi na na-share yung photo ko sa GC nila, which made me even more uncomfortable.

I’m currently waiting for their response, but I’m now considering whether this should be escalated further to higher management.

ABYG for reporting one of our company shuttle drivers for unprofessional conduct?

AKO BA YUNG GAGO because I overreacted and should’ve just ignored it instead of escalating it? Baka I made it into a bigger issue than it needed to be and should’ve just let it go na lang.

Am I overreacting for reporting one of our company shuttle drivers for unprofessional conduct?

Problem/Goal: Need advice if I’m overreacting for reporting one of our company shuttle drivers, and if it’s justified to escalate the issue to higher management. I also want to know how others would handle this kind of situation.

Context:

I’ve been using our company shuttle service since I was hired. May gym din kami sa office, so sometimes after shift, dumidiretso ako mag-workout and I go home in gym attire. Because of that, madalas na akong nakakasakay sa shuttle wearing shorts, and never naman akong nasita or sinabihan na bawal.

Nabastusan ako so bumaba na lang ako and nag-Grab na lang papuntang office.

I immediately reported the incident to my manager and filed a complaint with shuttle management. Later on, nalaman ko from an officemate na may ibang driver daw na nagsabi na na-share yung photo ko sa GC nila, which made me even more uncomfortable and worried about how the situation is being handled.

Previous Attempts

Reported na. I’m currently waiting for their response, but I’m now considering whether this should be escalated further to higher management.
