How can i make my front bar look better?

I want my cars front end to look tougher and i can see potential in the front bar i already have on just looking for some ideas on what i could do to it, i like the chrome look and was thinking of painting any black plastic white to match the car, the centre hoop is also detachable. Ill put a photo below if you guys want to edit it and give me some ideas it would be appreciated 👍

1hz Engine rattle

Have a 1hz 105 series landcruiser, runs great, when im around 2k rpm i can hear a bit of a rattle in the engine when i take my foot off the accelerator it stops, does it in lower rpm too when the engines cold, when its warm its only around 2k rpm. Any ideas? Or is normal, it isnt crazy loud and you cant hear it from outside the car

Metal from Gearbox

Drained my gearbox oil and had quite a few of these small pieces of metal stuck to the magnet on the fill plug and none on the drain plug just wondering what they are? Its a manual 1989 holden rodeo.
