I appreciate this has very little to do with MFM but is anyone else always getting the Chelsea Handler adverts in the episodes? It’s the first ad that makes me so irrationally angry I will literally just turn off the podcast because it makes me so IRATE 😂

I know they’re skippable, and I’m not complaining about ads generally. Just this specific one and need to know if it’s driving anyone else mad too!! 😫

I’ve been pretty constipated for several days now, however I have passed very small and hard bowel movements. I also take fybogel 1-2x a day under the guidance of my dr, and I drink a ton of liquids (2 litres of water, coffee, Diet Coke) and my diet is naturally quite high in fibre anyway (vegetarian so I eat a lot of lentils/beans and veg)

However yesterday I stated to notice I LOOKED visibly constipated, my stomach is just round and bloated and so sore. I usually have swings and roundabouts switching between diarrhoea and constipation (usually diarrhoea) but I am concerned about the fact I’ve been taking fybogel as well an still cannot go.

Sort of at a loss as what to do… it is very difficult for me to get out of work for GP appts and it does create a financial burden when I do so I would rather not if it’s likely to pass

I’m just in a lot of bloated discomfort, I feel I haven’t even been eating very much but just so SO bloated I’m not sure I could even wear my jeans right now!

Any tips 😭 sincerely, a gal in pain
