Haven't seen the anime in a while!

I was rewatching Doraemon (the one that aired on Disney XD) and saw that they had an episode with Yo-Kai in it!

About the Contestants' Row

So as you might have already know, through its 54 year history, the announcer will always say the name of someone in the audience seat to "come on down" to the Contestant's Row, where they will bid an item on stage in order to win a spot to play a pricing game. Despite this, there are small difficulties that usually happens on that row, for one instance the contestant immediately gets to come up on stage without bidding on the item to win the spot onstage, and how there are two or more contestants with the same full names being called to come on down, therefore the producers have to specify the right one to be called to come on down.

It is okay for the contestants who get immediately come up on stage without bidding tho, because it's such a rare occurence and the producers would gently request them to go back to the row, however, what concerns me the most is when two or more contestants with the same full name being called to come on down (like two Janice Webers for example). This has been happen frequently during Bob Barker's tenure, and I don't know if there are such improvements to that case or not, so I have a proposed change here to completely clears the confusion: In addition to the name being called, the announcer also needs to call the ID as well, whoever has their ID matched will be the right one to come on down. This would make sure that no more cases of multiple contestants with same name called to be happened again, and our country's Price is Right (Hãy Chọn Giá Đúng) also used this tactic to prevent such cases happens as well.

What do you guys think about this change tho, should you approve it or not?

Hint for the next Doraemon movie in 2027

This image is taken from the official Instagram account of the series. Upon looking at this image, some Eastern fans already speculates that this already referencing London (because the logo was partly covered in fog, and also because of the fact that London was nicknamed "Land of Fog"), and also makes the possibility that the gang is having another adventure this time to London. Because of that, this might be another crossover movie if they meet detective Edogawa Conan there too (this might make Gosho Aoyama proud considering he's also a Doraemon fan as well). However, the full title of this movie (and possibly the trailer) will be unveiled in 7AM Friday JST.

So in your opinion, what do you think the movie title would be?

Concern about Toss-Up puzzles

So many days ago, I have a proposed change to the rule of Toss-Up puzzle.

As you might have already know, Toss-Up puzzle was introduced in 2000 as a way to declare who has control of the wheel in the first round, even if the position numbers were drawn before the show. Before the Toss-Up introduced, the contestant in the red podium always starts round 1, now with the Toss-Ups, the contestant who solves the $2,000 Toss-Up puzzle will gain control in the first round. However, because of the fact that Toss-Up reveals single letters on the puzzle one-by-one, I was raising concerns about it.

Some of you might have seen comments from the absent-minded viewers on the Wheel of Fortune YouTube channel, every time when they upload a short video about Toss-Up puzzles, those people just straight up commenting like "Why is the puzzle FIRST-PLACE TROPHY though, when it's clear that there is only 1 T in that puzzle?" (the revealed letters at that time was F_R__-PLACE T_O_HY). Because of that, the proposed change in question was basically try to reveal all instances of each random letters in the Toss-Up puzzles, and making it easier for the contestants to buzz in faster to get the correct answer. I think if this goes approved then it would be applied to the 44th civilian season of Wheel, which premieres in this September, and to possibly minimizes those amount of comments on the YouTube channel.

What do y'all think about this, should this change getting approved or not? Feedback would be appreciated

Uncredited arts heads-up

Hello operatives of this subreddit,

As you might have been unaware, one user popped up on this place (u/Superfunnybunny) keeps on posting others' arts without crediting/sourcing or claiming the art was theirs. I know some of you thinks that the art was theirs and tries to upvote them, but for those of you who are familiar with the art style, yes it was from TKG sadly and not from the mentioned user

It is a common practice for a normal human being to seek out permission from the original artist before posting their arts to this subreddit, or you can simply crediting them with the name and the link (if can). Posting arts without crediting not only damage the original artist's reputation and loyalty, but it is also a breach of laws in many countries (including Japan), so if you saw that same user tries to continue this behaviour without cooperating with people who might have been warned them, try downvoting their posts and possibly report them to the mods if you can, to make this place better for every artists to be more creative. I have been reported this behaviour to the mods four times now and their previous posts went removed because of that.

Have a nice day.
