Are Swiggy customer care agents allowed to lie to customers now?

So I needed to order a bread and some other items. I had decided to make an order on Swiggy Instamart as they were offering free bread (basically in Rs 1) if I also purchased some items worth Rs 200. So I agreed to the offer as I would get the bread as well as other items as discount.

Now during the delivery, the main item that I was looking for, the bread, was itself missing from the items. They had literally colleges l delivered every other items but forgot to deliver the main item I made the entire order for after the costly handling charges, rain charges and delivery fees - the bread.

Naturally I went to raise a complaint on the chat helpdesk and the customer care agent, Anuska Saha, promised a Rs 50 Instamart voucher that would be sent within 48 hours. I was reluctant to take it since it was not of much value compared to getting a refund in bank. But I agreed.

Fast forward to today, after 48 hours. It turns out the customer care agent on Instamart lied to me that she'll initiate a voucher! She just did that to end the chat.

When I tried to share all the relevant proofs to the customer care support today, they said they cannot do anything about their own agent's scam now? That I will have to bear with all of this?

Has anybody else been through such situation? I would've let go this matter completely since it's really not worth that small cashback voucher but the helpline lying to the customers flags something much larger and unethical from the brand.

Requesting all your support to call out this unethical practice by Instamart.

Are there any doctors available in the Velocity/Valence office?

Hi all,

Do the Bangalore - Velocity/Valence offices have any general practitioners available for consultation on flu/cold/other cases?

If not, does Deloitte provide any such service or hospitaldiscounts to employees?

Is this really what next-business-day SLA mean?

So the HP support said it will take me 3-5 business days for a technician to come check my Victus laptop, which is under warranty (extended active care pack - HWM Onsite).

Doesn't the next coverage day SLA mean the technician needs to visit the site next business day and not 3-5 days?

Hi everyone,

My mom has been struggling with severe arthritis pain and joint stiffness for a while now. I am trying to find a highly effective topical oil to help manage her daily discomfort, and my main target is simply getting her the best possible pain relief.

After looking into some options, I've narrowed it down to two very different products and would love to hear if anyone has real-world experience with them:

1. Pitambari CureOn Plus: This seems like a highly rated, traditional Ayurvedic option that is also very affordable for daily use. The label highlights that it is enriched with Kuchala and Erandmool, and it also contains Nirgundi. From what I've read, herbs like Kuchala and Nirgundi are well-regarded for reducing joint inflammation and helping block nerve pain signals.

2. Wholeleaf Orthodexil: This one is a more premium product that uses Hemp (Vijaya) leaf extract blended with other Ayurvedic herbs like Ashwagandha. Based on what I've read, the cannabinoids in the hemp extract can interact directly with the body's endocannabinoid system to fight deeper joint inflammation at the root.

Has anyone used either of these for themselves or their parents? Is the more premium hemp-based Orthodexil actually worth it for severe arthritis, or does the traditional, more affordable Pitambari oil work just as well?

Any alternative recommendations would be hugely appreciated. Thank you!
