Equipment:
Dual Nightfox Prowl 2 mounted on Fast Helmet, Uniquefire UF-H5 850nm IR flashlight as primary source of illumination at lowest setting to maximize battery.
CCW Glock 19 gen3 with Vitoinno VT-9054 Vis/IR combo Laser/Light aiming module
Garmin Forerunner 970 with Hike + GPS maps enabled
Please note: Compression of video is due to software, but the actual picture live in person is slightly more clearer and less laggy.
As a beginner, hiked a couple of paved and unpaved trails in an area above 10ft sea level for 2 hours in the dark for the very first time. I was low-key terrified, but 7 out of 10 would do it again with this digital setup.
First time shooting the 500sw convinced me it was not so bad to shoot 405gr 45-70 one handed.
As a long time Nikon user since 2013 i was told Leica cameras were very high quality and i finally saved up enough to see what the hype was all about.
