Okay interaction between cat and dog?

Is this interaction okay? (Minus the end?). This dog is my GFs dog and im really only used to cat body language. I want to lean that its okay, but i want to make sure. The kitten gets affectionate towards him sometimes and does this, but is kind of bipolar with him since she startles easily. They've cohabitated for about 8 months now

How to get experience in exports/itar?

I saw a job posting for a defense company, and i realized I basically had everything they were looking for except for the core experience they were asking for which was a few years on exports and itar experience. All of the other duties they were wanting I've done in the military, and I realize it wouldn't really be hard to meet 99% what they wanted in a couple of years. I've only got experience in imports, and I do eventually want to get my brokers license, but I'm curious as to how to get experience these two parts of brokerage.

What should i do with my tsp?

I have a relatively small amount (3k) in my tsp, mostly due to belong TPU for 8 years. I have a job at fedex which is normally what i contribute to. Im trying to see reasons not to just simply withdrawl it to put towards debts. I ETS in October and i don't really have plans on coming back. I know how powerful TSP can be normally, but with an inability to add more im trying to see how it makes sense to keep. I know I'm almost certainly missing something, so it's appreciate input from yall.

Hey all,

I have been wanting a small bullion stack, and ended up buying some silver coins a while ago. I've always had small coin collections; this was my first time really asking for a roll from a bank. I got a couple of rolls of quarters and dimes, basically with the idea of keeping anything silver from 1964 or earlier, double-checking bands on the 1965's, and trying to get half dollars (neither of the banks I went to had them). Anyways, I also looked up for anything else I should keep an eye on, and eventually, in one of the 4 rolls of quarters I got I found a 2019 W quarter. How lucky did I get? From my understanding, this is not super common, right?
