Hey everyone, I got hired to work in a dental office as a manager but have no dental background
I'm wondering if there's a small playbook or book that can teach me the fundamentals of dental, nothing crazy or too in depth
Thank you

Hey guys, does anyone have experience lasering sideburns? Do you think I have potential to clear mine?
HI everyone
My whole life (24F) I've had the easiest periods, I've been on time, no hunger, no crying, no cramps or ANYTHING
A few years back (21) I moved countries and my body changed with it
I work a tough schedule and life has been stressful since the move
That being said, within the last 2years my pre period symptoms are ridiculous, I'm able to control the bloating and cravings but what gets me are the emotions. I feel SO sad, I cry, I overthink, I depress and nothing helps
None of my usual "healthy" mental exercises work, none of the reassurance I work on all month work, my mind and my thoughts don't make sense. The worst part is that I don't seem to have any control of them. Sometimes I think to myself, these are my pre period thoughts, they're not real, but that doesn't work because the crazy thoughts start making sense
As soon as I get my period, the thoughts go away, I'm sane again, I'm legit happy
How do I deal with this?
I know this might PMDD, and I'm against taking any pills to suppress them, magnesium and stuff like that is fine, but no birth control
