All the chain restaurants dissappearing!

I went to a Tony Roma‘s in Torrance yesterday. There was a Sizzler across the street that I think was only temporary closed. The Red Lobster in Santa Clarita is closing. What restaurant chains are doing well these days, particularly sit down?

Lowkey the best restaurant in Pasadena is Panda Inn

I’ve been to all of the most recommended. Union is excellent. Settebello is excellent. Guisados is excellent, as are Enya and Houston’s. I have opinions about the ones people like that I haven’t mentioned. But Panda Inn has fine dining service, the space is gorgeous, and the food is perfectly calibrated for the what it seeks to achieve.

My favorite lunch was a meal at Guy Savoy’s restaurant overlooking the Seine. My second favorite lunch was today at Panda Inn. This place delivers.
