Scammed 205€ on FB Marketplace even after videochat + ID check. need advice

Bought an iPhone on Facebook Marketplace in Germany and ended up getting scammed for 205€.

Before paying, I video called the seller, and she looked legit, talked normally, and even showed me her ID. Everything seemed fine, so I trusted her.

But after I sent the money, she never sent the iPhone.. And for 3 months she’s been replying with excuses every time I ask for my money back.

One time she offered to send back only 100€
But i refused.

I haven’t gone to the police yet because I was scammed once before the same way, and the police didn’t help me recover anything

I plan on going to my lawyer. Will he help me ?

And yes i took screenshots of her face and iD when i video called her on Facebook

My mom found this CCI Italy Style jacket with a hoodie at a thrift store for 5€. The surface looks and feels like velvet, but the fibers are shedding like dust, and bald spots are beginning to show underneath.

I’m not sure what the jacket is actually made of.

The velvet doesn’t behave like regular fabric and feels more like a coating that’s slowly breaking down. Because of that, I’m wondering if the base material might be leather or some kind of faux leather instead of real velvet.

Does anyone recognize this type of material or finish? Is it likely leather or faux leather, and is there a safe way to remove the remaining velvet dust so the jacket looks more even overall?
