5days after installation, no internet connection pa rin with Converge

After installation, nagkaroon kami na kami ng internet connection but it only took like 2-3 hrs and after that, hindi na talaga bumalik for 5 whole days. Super frustrating, I am a tech VA and relies heavily on WiFi. What makes it worse is our Globe wifi as well got no internet connection as well.

My main concern is sa converge, nag email na kami to reactivate, may pag asa pa ba to?

We bought an apartment unit, but the land hasn't been subdivided among the heirs. What should we do?

For context, we've been living in a family compound for about 20 years. We occupy the second floor of a two-story apartment. The first floor is occupied by one of the owners, who is among several siblings that inherited shares in the compound. Each sibling has their own apartment unit, and some units have rental spaces above them.
5 years ago, we were given the opportunity to buy the apartment unit we were living in and we were given a notarized written agreement. Earlier this year, the owner also decided to sell the unit he personally occupies downstairs. We were interested in buying it as well, but most of his siblings opposed the sale of his share, so we stopped pursuing it. Now, the situation has become more complicated. The owner has already spent the money we paid, has built a house elsewhere, and has gone through several financial difficulties. Because of this, he says he cannot refund the payments my parents have already made. He is asking us either to continue buying his unit or wait until he finds another buyer and pays us back later.

My parents are hesitant because the land has never been formally subdivided among the siblings. As we understand it, even if we complete the purchase, we may only acquire rights to the structure/share and not a clearly titled portion of the land.
Given that we've already paid a significant amount, what would be the wisest decision? Should we continue with the purchase, or would it be too risky considering the land ownership situation?

What company (Preferrably Tech Company) maisusuggest niyo that does mostly coding or requires critical thinking skills sa tech?

Along QC or MANILA lang siguro pero care to suggest lang since I drive mc naman as my transportation.

I am into coding talaga and I can understand most logics in a matter of time. I really excelled at coding in our Major Subjects compared to my classmates. I enjoy coding, learns really fast since there are a lot of tools and information that I can look for a specific problem or thing I am looking for. As of now, I am exploring automation using n8n (with or without LLMs), creating secured website applications by implementing secured backend validations and secured database by implementing strong RLS (I am using Supabase PostgreSQL), and been doing surface level Website infiltration myself by trying to bypass most vibe coded web apps.

I am not into benefits pero if meron, mas maganda pero priority ko is if the company is willing to absorb the intern if they did a great job at the internship.
