Permit waiting periods

I’m 17 and got my permit mid May, but turn 18 in mid July. I know after the permit if you’re 16 or 17 you have to wait 6ish months before the driving test, but since I turn 18 before those 6 months are up, can I just go take the driving test? Do I have to wait the remaining months?

meta quest 2 doesn’t work

i bought a meta quest 2 less than a year ago, it’s been sitting untouched for about a month but i just bought a new game i wanted to play. i charged it and upon turning on i got nothing, no interface. just stuck in the AR mode with no pop-ups. i turned it off and back on multiple times before it gave me an interface but then i realized my controllers don’t work. both have brand new fresh batteries, but my headset won’t detect them. i tried to use the app but pressing buttons doesn’t do ANYTHING and it keeps prompting me to report a problem. i unpaired the controllers but upon trying to repair they just won’t!! i’m holding down the buttons and neither are going into pairing mode so i can’t use my expensive headset i’ve barely used! i’m extremely frustrated and cant figure out how to solve this issue. everything i google comes back to using the app and just repairing the controllers but obviously that isn’t working

Egg Sensitivity??

I get very sick and nauseous when eating eggs made at home, but only when they’re scrambled, hard boiled or over hard. I can eat homemade over easy eggs with no issues. However, I work at a breakfast diner and eat food there every shift because I get a free meal for my lunch break, and I have no reaction to those eggs regardless of the cooking method. The only difference I can pinpoint is the presence of milk in the scrambled eggs and the fact that our eggs are stored at room temperature, while at home i keep them in the fridge. I’m really not sure what could cause this, it’s puzzling! The reaction to the eggs isn’t severe just some discomfort and nausea.

Instants

Is there any way currently to get rid of instants? I really hate them, i’m sick of the notifications and the ugly box on my screen when i’m in my messages. i keep misclicking them and I can’t swipe them away. I hate it!
